That’s funny, I always thought entitlement programs were already funded – by my previously paid taxes. If it’s entitlement programs which are bringing us to our knees, perhaps we should then expand our non-entitlement programs, right? Since logic must dictate are profitable. You know, things like massive Government, Welfare, WIC, heating assistance, fuel stamps, health care for illegal aliens, Nancy Pelosi jet setting around the world on private.. I mean military jets, etc. etc. etc.
PUH-lease people. Get a frickin clue.

Agreed.

I personally believe we are at a major tipping point in this country where either we become full blown socialist/communist to pay the governments bills, or the private sector needs to stand up and push the government the hell out of their/our lives.

The only good outcome we have is to turn loose the reins of capitalism, and Obama is doing just the opposite.

And so we are going to finish you off with the next round of spending. Just wanted to rub it in your faces.

Just you remember, the oh-so-flawless Democrats never lie, they had nothing to do the deaths of millions in SE Asia which resulted after they pulled the rug out from underneath the South Vietnamese, they had nothing to do with the current mortgage disaster by resisting any regulatory oversight, they poop Skittles, and they believe that everyone, with the exception of a very few who are too physically and/or mentally disabled, have the innate ability to take care of themselves without the assistance of gov’t…

Obama has the stimulus money to keep people occupied short term.

Meanwhile, Health Care gets pushed through. The 15% unemployed flock to it, employers are hurting so they start dumping insurance coverage and more flock to it. Throw in another Swine Flu episode and the government mandates their health care.

Meanwhile, Cap and Rape gets pushed through, and corporations start taking it up the Wazzoo and the money is used to pay for health care.

Corps start raising prices to cover the Wazzoo pain, and the public blames the Corps.

….Ohh, and don’t forget Obama holds the power to take over any corp. that is deemed a threat to the economy….

One little problem with all of that. The cost of his agenda will result in higher taxes, higher cost of living, and more jobs lost. When companies have to pay for their polluting, guess who they’ll stick the bill with? And guess who’ll be paying for health care for the uninsured?

And Obama taking over corporations won’t fix anything. Look at home much taxpayer money GM and Chrysler continue to need just to survive, and that’s after shutting down a bunch of dealerships.

Please don’t perpetuate the myth of an “economic disaster in September”. That was nothing but MSM created hysteria in order to elect Obama. Or maybe it was just a total coincidence that the “crisis” started right about the time McCain/Palin were up 5% in polls after the GOP convention.

Five times. The deficits are five times higher than under Bush. Easy answer to any liberal who foolishly makes the argument.
