You were and we are. But keep in mind that the higher the pedestal, the harder the fall. This is reliant upon a functioning and honest media. I know that Rush calls them the “state-run” media but I hold out some slim hope that a portion of that media will tire of their subservient position and let go of Obama’s zipper long enough to report the truth. We can dream, can’t we?

I’ve reviewed your comment and noticed a glaring error. There are no “lines” to get in. There is only support for unions. End of Line.

Having watched unions up-close for 26 yrs, I know that this is what they do best: “having problems”.

All Obama does is campaign. Has he yet begun to govern?

Govern? That’s what the Czars are for. Obama’s job, as Community Organizer in Chief, is nationalize the economy and stir the pot.

Maybe soon he’ll appoint a Czar for The Rest of the World, or at least a Czar for Iran.

You are absolutely right.I see it all the time they don`t even know what he stands for and don`t care.Don`t even try to show them facts you will get yelled at. Its like they`ve been injected with pro zac with his picture embedded in it . Sounds crazy I know but then again every days a new twigh light Zone episode.

That is how dictatorships all get going. They get support by their personalities. And then they oppress. And some people never stop supporting the oppressor.

This country has become truly scary.

During the presidential campaign, Barack Obama cultivated strong relationships with mayors from major cities, for good political reasons…. mayors usually control the vote-generating machines that make the difference in elections.

Obama is federalizing the political machine. By 2012, he’ll be hand-choosing mayors in ever major city in America.

After running off the usual litany of “crimes” committed by “George Bush”, she sought to convince me why I should vote for Obama…

She said this to me: “Barack Obama is the PERFECT “Man”, there has never been anyone like him, he is a “Beautiful” man, and he will lead this country and the world out of Darkness”!

This was the genius of Obama’s brain (Axelrod): the one-two punch of convincing folks that Bush was evil and McCain equaled Bush, combined with the Good News that Obama was the knight in shining armor here to save America and the world. Perhaps the most cynical campaign in modern times, but it worked like a charm on millions of Americans.

And, does the Obama administration even care what a dangerous road they are traversing?

No.

He will be voting present for another 3 1/2 years. Let’s hope we still recognize our country in 2012.

I fear it will be more than 3 1/2 years. I expect elections to be suspended by 2012 and Obama declared Messiah for Life.
