I believe Thomas Sowell made the point that if a judge makes decisions based on “empathy” as opposed to that silly piece of paper (the Constitution, I think it’s called), that just makes it more difficult for the rest of us to figure out how they will rule. That applies to us officers also. What we do legally today may be considered “fruits of the poisonous tree” next month….

Everytime I hear Slow Joe say something I burst out in laughter and hearken back to the campaign trail when all the lib character assassins tried to tell us how dumb Sarah Palin is. If Biden is still on the ticket in 2012 (and I can’t see that happening with Emmanuel pulling the strings in the oval office), Sarahcuda’s path to the WH will be lined with all of the idiotic statements this Bozo just can’t help himself from uttering. As a cop, I would no sooner think this woman has ” my back ” than BHO. The only one that has my ” back ” is the Officer next to me, not a sexist leftwing idiot like this woman.

Well said. I do not want a judge to “have my back”. I want a judge who will enforce the law as the law says.

While they are in the minority, there are cops out there who screw up or sometimes do bad things, we need judges who are willing to look at everything and make their decision. Biden is such an idiot.
