It don’t work.

What I’m saying is that the atheists who DO hate the Judeo-Christian worldview are joining with Islamists who hate the Judeo-Christian worldview, even though they have nothing else in common. It’s like those particular beliefs are a lightning rod drawing the smoke and fury of everybody else.

If you’re objecting to me calling those beliefs Judeo-Christian rather than something more universal, I don’t know what else to call them. What would you call them?

( Personally, I’ve run into a lot of thugs, and not every one of them were black).

MarkTheGreat, I think we’re living in a time when everybody who hates life and freedom gangs up together against those of us who love life and freedom. A lot of strange bedfellows, but what they have in common is a hatred for the Judeo-Christian view that life is sacred, families are the basic unit of society, and freedom is God-given and to be protected by governments executing justice.

I believe we have him on the same charge that we got Timothy McViegh … correct?

If so – will Eric Holder prosecute it as such or will he allow this black man to escape justice as he did the Black Panthers who were intimidating voters?

Yea, along with Malcolm X, Louis Farrakhan and several other Muslim inhabitants of the U.S. penal system. They have all made a contribution (not necessarily a positive one, but a contribution all the less).

Yes some definitely did say it was a racial thing in the first thread about this terror attack before I looked up the injured soldier’s last name and discovered that it was Nigerian in origin. Looking at the face of this Islamist shouldn’t affect you memories of your friends one way or the other. I don’t look at David Duke and see an opposite mirror of my military friends who happen to be white (most of them actually).

My attitudes about this got tested many years ago when a big fat a-hole who happen to be white called me a n****r b*tch–while I was wearing Uncle Sam’s uniform. I came to the fork where I could hate all whites or view each person as an individual. I chose the latter. Good luck getting there. I mean that.

I know of some people who have been on the waiting list for uppers and lowers for over four months.

Signs have finally shown up in even this remote area limiting the amount of ammo one can purchase per day because of limited supplies.

I ordered some .40 S&W two months ago. Still waiting. The few boxes on the shelves around here must be gold plated, judging by the price.

My tried and true, garden-variety, ubiquitious in this deer country, 30-30 has doubled in price.

I’m sure none of this has anything to do with citizen’s concerns regarding an uncertain future.

The young soldier who was injured is black. This is not a race thing.

No one said it was, baldilocks. Since you didn’t get it, my sadness was at the fact that Bledsoe/Muhammed looks so much like other men who make fine soldiers and citizens, and yet he turned the wrong way. If not for the jihadi Islam and the murder it encourages, he could have been one of my sailors from over the years.

Wow. Within one month we’ve had a Nation of Islam prosecution that had already been won suddenly dropped, an FBI sting caught 4 Black Muslim converts planting bombs, Obama’s folks allegedly ordered the FBI to stop investigating leads on Black Muslim converts, and a Black Muslim convert who had been investigated by the FBI shoots and kills a US soldier, intending to do a murder spree if he hadn’t been caught so quickly by the cops.

Not good.

I would have thought that the best thing about having Michael Steele as the leader of the Republican Party would be that he could criticize Obama on these things in ways that a white chairman would be too afraid to. Instead, we get nothing from Steele.
