Video: Sacha Baron Cohen drops in on Eminem
posted at 12:05 pm on June 1, 2009 by Allahpundit
A moment for Palin fans to savor as the tough guy who denigrated Sarahcuda in his last video gets a face full of man-ass in front of his teenybopper fan base.
Was he in on it? Judging by his reaction, his crew’s annoyance, and this tweet from Ryan Seacrest, I’m guessing not. Mild content warning.

A punk gets punked.
I love it.
How’s SBC’s ass taste, Eminem?
UltimateBob on June 1, 2009 at 12:08 PM
A real teabagger!!! Where’s Janeane Garofalo?
Dr.Cwac.Cwac on June 1, 2009 at 12:08 PM
They still have the MTV awards? I am out of touch. ;)
Eminem can’t take a joke. See the VMA’s a few years back with Triumph the Insult Comic Dog.
BakerAllie on June 1, 2009 at 12:09 PM
My guess is that was staged.
keepinitreal on June 1, 2009 at 12:09 PM
What a classy production filled with classy performers.

This, more than anything, sums up the complete and utter DUMBING DOWN OF AMERICA’s YOUTH……they know more about his last rap or the other morons on this show or MTV than the world around them…..repeat after me moron…YES WE CAN……YES WE CAN!
Love that Public Education system….
SDarchitect on June 1, 2009 at 12:09 PM
It’s like Iran vs. Iraq. I hate them both, and don’t really care who loses.
MadisonConservative on June 1, 2009 at 12:10 PM
Its hard for me to take anything involving Marshal Mathers seriously. The guy is the clown prince of rap.

Shadyenfreude!
drjohn on June 1, 2009 at 12:12 PM
Can’t say anyone deserves that, except umm, just about all tough guy rappers. You really think his fan base is teenyboppers? Maybe teeny thugs.
kirkill on June 1, 2009 at 12:12 PM
One ass sticking his ass in another ass’s face.
Sort of a metaphor for Hollywood in general.
Rebar on June 1, 2009 at 12:12 PM
Public education served me just fine. Not all of the youth are brainless. I stay up to date on politics, news and current vents, and pop-culture. It doesn’t have to be an either/or thing.
keepinitreal on June 1, 2009 at 12:12 PM
I don’t think Eminem would stage eating Man Ass.
Firebird on June 1, 2009 at 12:13 PM
I don’t like either gent, but em…well……karma is a b!tch, ain’t it? LOL

man.
Seven Percent Solution on June 1, 2009 at 12:13 PM
LOL this made my whole day…EM got punked. He talks all this BS about everybody else but cant deal when he finally gets it shoved right in his face. Literally!
titus_pullo on June 1, 2009 at 12:13 PM
That was… beautiful!
Zetterson on June 1, 2009 at 12:13 PM
I’m no fan of either of these jerks. Don’t care. It’s all about pushing the envelope.
The thing I find really disgusting is that they have been advertising this MTV awards show on Nickelodeon. My kids won’t every watch MTV while living in my house, and we are very close to blocking Nickelodeon as well.
ErinF on June 1, 2009 at 12:13 PM
What’s the matter EMINEM? Having a hard time acting tough while 69ing another man in front of a million viewers? hahaaha
Zetterson on June 1, 2009 at 12:15 PM
I don’t know. My guess is that if it wasn’t staged that his reaction would have been much, much worse…but who really knows?

Hot Air is full of grumpy dumps. Sacha is a jerk, sure. So was Don Rickles. He’s a COMEDIAN people. Lighten up.
Dr. Manhattan on June 1, 2009 at 12:17 PM
Eminem got what he deserved. He can dish it out, but can’t take it in.
jencab on June 1, 2009 at 12:17 PM
I was a Nickelodeon kid(Doug and Rocko’s Modern Life ruled), but I remember even at a young age, watching Nick News for Kids or something with Linda Ellerbee, and even at the age of 8 or 9, realizing I was being brainwashed to hate Bush and love Slick Willie.
Not to mention, the show was just boring. More Legends of the Hidden Temple, dammit!
MadisonConservative on June 1, 2009 at 12:18 PM
I love Eminem but thought that was awesome. He needs to learn to laugh at himself.
Karol on June 1, 2009 at 12:18 PM
Ha! Agreed! I’m actually surprised that allah linked to it…and even more surprised that one of the commenters called it ‘beautiful’.
keepinitreal on June 1, 2009 at 12:19 PM
HA HA!! Sarah Palin’s Revenge.
Serves him right to have a big schlong in his face.
portlandon on June 1, 2009 at 12:19 PM
Poor comparison. This guy is like Tony Clifton. Rickles actually made jokes. Avant-garde crap didn’t work for Kaufman, and it doesn’t work for this douchepuddle.

I’m with Mad. The fact that THIS site is talking about it depresses me. We should be ABOVE this sort of crap. No pun intended.
Grow up, Folks. Neither of these guys is worth the time it takes to type out a response. Goodbye, America. :(
tickleddragon on June 1, 2009 at 12:20 PM
Could not have happened to a bigger assh*le. Made my day.
outOfElement on June 1, 2009 at 12:21 PM
I doubt that Eminem/Mathers or anyone else would just have sat there while some strange guy drops on his face. He could have stood up, moved to one side, and easily moved out of the way.
Staged.

While I agree that this type of programming is part of the problem with the dumbing down of kids, Em got what was coming to him….. humiliated infront of millions. SUCKA!!!!!!!!

I used to watch the MTV award shows when I was a teenager around a million years ago. They were obnoxious then, they are obnoxious now. Does anyone remember Howard Stern’s appearance as Fartman? Cohen ripped him off.
ExcessivelyDiverted on June 1, 2009 at 12:22 PM
Eminem has a history of outrage, drama, and walking off this particular awards show. I love Enigma’s music and Bruno, but they’re no Triumph the Insult Dog puppet, the cause of the huffy exit last time.

I guess the thug life has gone a little soft these days.
Try that prank on Sammy the Bull and see what happens.

Just perfect.

Wyznowski on June 1, 2009 at 12:29 PM
The VMA’s aren’t always what they’re cracked up to be!
ha! Absolutely classic! And no one is better deserving than Eminem for that stunt. MTV hasn’t issued a statement about this so far as I know…Didn’t look like a set up, given the expletives flying.

I don’t know, I watch this video and all I can think is: Sacha has a cute ass.

awesome! the reaction looked pretty real to me.
homesickamerican on June 1, 2009 at 12:39 PM
Doesn’t mean you have to like him. I’ve never been a fan of Sasha. I don’t even find him funny.
And yes, dropping on Eminem is perfect.
Esthier on June 1, 2009 at 12:41 PM
The gored ox.
Matticus Finch on June 1, 2009 at 12:41 PM
I think dropping him on Eminem may have been planned but there was no way he knew that the dude would be bare assed, that does not go along with his image.
echosyst on June 1, 2009 at 12:41 PM
That had to be real. What’s incredible is that Eminem wasn’t man enough to avoid harm’s way. He must have been completely humiliated.
chipandcharge on June 1, 2009 at 12:43 PM
Yes he was in on it…
ninjapirate on June 1, 2009 at 12:44 PM
I like the idea that Mathers probably knew that Cohen was going to drop down by him but wasn’t told it would involve a face full of butt.
That said, eff both of these guys. The difference between Rickles and Cohen is that Rickles compartmentalized, took as good as he gave, and reserved his jabs for people who volunteered. He didn’t just insert himself into people’s lives unexpectedly and try to make them look like imbeciles.
Cohen’s a creep.

Sick.
Amy Proctor on June 1, 2009 at 12:47 PM
Clearly a lot of hatred for Cohen here, but I find him hilarious (not especially in this clip, although it was nice to see Eminem get his just desserts.) This is twice that Eminem has shown he can’t take a joke.
thecountofincognito on June 1, 2009 at 12:48 PM
Too true. Great fun all around, especially this little sissy faux-thug and his tough-guy black bodyguards getting a snootfull of fairy butt.
Jaibones on June 1, 2009 at 12:50 PM
MTV has become a cesspool of entertainment., No wonder Muslims hate us! It isn’t because of George W Bush, that’s for sure.
Amy Proctor on June 1, 2009 at 12:51 PM
…then Eminem said “who dropped the mirror?”

Don’t even make me summon Tacgnol. The ensuing battle will rip this world asunder.
Dr. Manhattan on June 1, 2009 at 12:54 PM
I hope it wasn’t staged. Eminem deserves to be punked out like that. He’s made a career of blaming Mommy and picking on boy bands and female singers. What a tough guy. Guy is a total bully who it turns out is a total wimp.
I don’t know who’s a sorrier loser: Eminem or Lebron James.
76United on June 1, 2009 at 12:59 PM
And of course gays. He upset so many gay groups that he was forced into that awkward duet with Elton John to try and prove he wasn’t a homophobe.
Esthier on June 1, 2009 at 1:02 PM
Cohen and MTV were in on it. No doubt. But there is no way Slim Shady was. No way. No how. He’s now officially a laughing stock.
Are you ready for a comeback? NOPE.
Press release from Palin would top it off. Which one is M&M?
kevinkristy on June 1, 2009 at 1:02 PM
I am so glad to say that I NONE of these despicable people. There is nothing that some pitiful person will not do for attention. I was glad to see that a least a few had the decency to get up and leave.
Wonder what the new low will be. sicko.
jatfla on June 1, 2009 at 1:03 PM
By the way. Of course it was “staged.” A goof like that takes rehearsal. But that doesn’t mean that Eminem was in on it. Candid Camera shows are also “staged.”
Rappers are notoriously homophobic. This makes it very unlikely that Eminem agreed to it beforehand. Case in point: rappers will be berating Eminem for this on their records for years. Why would Eminem agree to do anything with those consequences?
Cohen is brilliant.
Dr. Manhattan on June 1, 2009 at 1:05 PM

Don Rickles didn’t exclusively make fun of one side. But I got to give credit to the MTV guy in charge of the positioning the ropes. That was a direct hit!

I agree, it was disgusting.

Crazy. Cohen did it on purpose for sure, and Marshal Mathers was not in on it. Mathers got punked so bad he will never live it down.
Twisted and sick, but a nice job by Cohen for what it was.

Sacha is a brilliant comedian.
As for Eminem, I can’t stand his personality, he acts tough but lets face it, the guy is a Chihuahua. Having said that, his early Rap was outstanding and he has done pretty good job in 8 Mile. There’s art and there’s the artist and if you can’t separate the two then you’re missing on a lot of good stuff.
Michelle Dubois on June 1, 2009 at 1:32 PM
What? you think Dr. Dre just helped this closeted self loathing homosexual get his start for fun?
Noone ever drew the connection between the bleached blond looks like eminem with big Bosomed girlfriend he has?
Come On, the guy is just upset that his cover was blown.
If that had been in private it would have taken a lot more bodyguards to get him out from between SC’s legs.
BillaryMcBush on June 1, 2009 at 1:34 PM
