I recall hearing in the past that a lot of the top nazis were gay. I always took that with a grain of salt. I may have been in error.

If it’s all about pressuring opponents of gay rights with boycotts and “direct action” of various sorts, legitimate and otherwise, why allow a secret ballot at all? Force everyone to sign on the dotted line at the polling place and then publish their names. That’s what this amounts to in practice anyway.

Methinks Orwell would call it the Employee Gay Rights Free Choice Act (aka “Card Check)

They already did this in CA and harassed a couple of people right out of their jobs.
