Video: The greatest movie idea evah

posted at 4:27 pm on May 30, 2009 by Allahpundit

I don’t know how it could be better — maybe if Darth Vader made a cameo or something — but this is as close to schlock horror nirvana as mankind’s ever likely to get. There are only two sorts of villains in movies whom it’s acceptable to kill in volume, with utter impunity, and in the grisliest possible ways. Someone had the genius idea of combining them. This is the result.

Actually, if the protagonists were all Israeli, that probably would have made it slightly better. Or if Megan Fox was in it. Wearing hot pants. But otherwise, gold.

Zombies, not vampires; I thought I was typing zombies and vampires came on the screen.

Yeah, I’m worrying a little bit here myself…

SteveMG on May 30, 2009 at 4:34 PM

Nazi Zombies. Don’t we have some of those already with us as Obama’s new State Department? Lessee…. they support fascism. Check. They hate Jews and Isreal. Check. They hate America. Check. Worship our cult leader… check.

As for the zombie part, last time I checked all their ideas were better off dead. They are all stale. They like poisioning the brains of American youth (hopefully not literally).

Really, outside of the fact they are technically alive, I see little difference. Except the Nazi’s really believed in a kick-butt military. That’s one.

Vanceone on May 30, 2009 at 4:38 PM

In modern Hollywood, I am surprised they did not make them Republican, Christian, Nazi Zombies if they wanted to cover all their bogeyman bases.

Ehhh, I don’t know about this one. I do remember an older movie called The Keep or something though about Nazi soldiers who had to fight this supernatural creature. That was pretty cool, you didn’t know who to sympathize with. Been a while since I seen that one.

I am just sick of seeing Nazis though. Brad Pitt is coming out with a new movie by the director of ‘Behind Enemy Lines’ where they, well, go behind enemy lines and start executing as many Nazis as they can find. Looks incredibly brutal and fun I have to admit. I would have preferred they were killing actual terrorists but I can see how that would be used to make us look bad. We can do something like that when our troops are no longer fighting islamic extremists.

T%he Obama zombies have already risen from the dead and the DHS will do everything conceivable to ensure you never get a AA12…

doriangrey on May 30, 2009 at 5:00 PM

Sorry, this is something I can’t get behind. I love zombie movies, but we need to move on from the left’s favorite punching bag, the nazis (white, bigoted, westerners) as evildoers meme already. We have so much more relevant groups that could be, and should be, the bad guys, that to keep going back to this watering hole is disingenuous at best.

It won’t stop with the Nazis. It only starts there.

Soon it will be Christian Zombies Attack with the byline “First they ate their own brains. Now, they are coming for yours.”

Then coming soon, Conservative Zombies From Flyover States with the byline “Heartland zombies, under the control of master zombie Dick Cheney, swarm out of the corn fields to devour the rest of humanity. Run for the coasts!”

Then this fall, a new release, “Prop-8 Zombies” where the plotline has gay and lesbian protagonists taunting hungry, yet bigoted heterosexual zombies who refuse to eat the flesh of Teh Ghey resulting in a climactic scene where the homosexuals demand to be eaten, but the zombies just can’t get themselves to take a bite for fear of Aids.

Trust me, the people behind these movies think Keith Olberman is a warrior for truth and justice. Don’t give them your money. It’s just so much easier just to buy a subscription to The Daily Worker.

Sir, you need to read the Zombie Survival Guide by Max Brook. Firearms aren’t always the best weapon against the undead.

But if you want to read a REALLY good book read his other book, World War Z. One of the best books I’ve read in the last 10 years or so. Just great reading. The zombies are almost backdrop to a really interesting collection of personal stories. Max Brooks is Mel’s son btw.

Redundant and diminishing the actual damned, demented horror by cartoonizing the ghouls of Hitlerism.

Meanwhile, we have a killer zombie cult at large already.

Jihadis.

The Reich scum are already defeated.

Let’s cinematically mock and mangle the current crop of Koranazis instead.

Or is the movie biz too cowardly to slice and dice the mesmerized minions of the Pedophile Warlord from Mecca?

Megan Fox triggering a suicide bomber’s dynamite belt ~from a distance~ merely by whipping open her trenchcoat and revealing a golden bikini (like the opening scene of “After The Fox” with Maria Grazia Buccella) would be a nice effect.
