What people do not understand is that Bill Reilly’s believes in censorship of the Internet and that he is the sole arbitrator in what will get airtime.

What he does not grasp is that the people have the right to comment on anything they wish without his approval.

Everyone has pinned their HOPES to Obama and given him the benefit of the doubt, when looking at what’s available of his record and his on-the-job performance, you have a confidence trickster, a slick political hustler, an aspiring personality leading a cult, an insecure narcissist.

What if… Dreams of My Father was a total lie? What if Ayers was the ghostwriter? What if there was no misunderstanding when Obama called his grandmother a racist? Did it not strike anyone as strange that she died the night before he accepted the Democratic nomination? What about Obama not visiting his own white mother on her deathbed? She died in an Indonesian hospital (with the same healthcare he would force on the rest of us) of cervical cancer… which comes from the HPV virus. Did she get that from a couple of Muslims or from someone who wrote about his sexual exploits with strangers and children, one girl in particular who sounded a lot like Stanley Ann Dunham.

I am not a tin foil hat type of person. This wasn’t really even an issue for me during the campaign, but seeing them continue the fight to keep the document (or lack of one) sealed after he’s already been elected smells like a conspiracy to me.

I, for one, have had enough with O’Reilly’s being the self-anointed voice of conservatism. If the sexual harrassment allegations against him were true – and they were true enough to pay millions to quash – this is a corrupt and soulless man who should not be allowed to wield the sort of power his position gives him.

I’m not advocating a movement – y’all do what you like – but I’m going to start writing Fox regularly and letting them know what I think about this guy. It may do no good but, hey, I like to write letters!

Of course he is still stinging from the boss slamming him over the mustaches treatment of her on Bill’s show last year. So she will be a favorite target on the right.

As for the whole Hussein name issue, if Obama and/or O’Reily feel that the name is offensive, one has to wonder about the thousands of other people who bear that name. Is Obama ashamed of them, because of their name? Are they somehow offensive just because of who their parents were?

Or is it only offensive when used in connection with the President? If so, why is that?

Another issue with the comment is that it just calls Obama things he’s not. Is Obama really militant? Really? I wouldn’t call someone who has been calling for us to get our troops out of Iraq for a few years now as “militant.”

dogsoldier’s comment didn’t call The Precedent anything. It was about Sotomayor and called HER militant, socialist, …

On top of that, being militant doesn’t mean that someone is for the military. In fact, militant and military are entirely unrelated in the uses we are talking about.

Also calling for the GOP blocking of Obama’s pick when it is basically impossible is somewhat silly.

This, of course, was the mistake that O’Reilly made as he launched into his idiotic musings that dogsoldier was a foreigner. Frankly, I don’t know how anyone could have read that comment and come to this conclusion – that dogsoldier thinks that we can block anything. It was a call to fight the picks. How tough is that to figure out?
