Not the ideal guy to be swatting Obama over his alleged inability to speak off the cuff, but we’ll take our TOTUS jokes where we can get them. This is fair game, I guess, thanks to The One’s introductory gag at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner. I had a lot of versions of the clip to choose from but I think you’ll find this to your satisfaction.

I am in favor of a TELEPROMPTER TAX and a GAF TAX. If Obama ever decides not use the teleprompter the GAF TAX would cover us. Either way revenue would be flowing into the treasury. Sometimes he GAFs while using the Teleprompter. I know you say that would be like double dipping but we need the money.

Amazing that around 10 years ago comics like Chris Rock made fun of white people who wanted to vote for Colin Powell since he “speaks so well.” Guess that’s not a reason but a guy who “reads well” now that’s something to vote for.
