Truth to power. What is worse than expanding entitlements for us is expanding the flunkie population. You can’t organise effectively if the organization is made of brain dead victim class trough sloppers.

Why can’t these pseudointellectuals in government understand that. We are heading for Haiti status if we don’t make our people take responsibility for themselves and their actions.

Smart, productive people have a limit as to how much of the product of their efforts goes to layabouts or cheating illegal immigrants.

We are vulnurable as hell if we don’t get back to self reliance.

My husband and I do have a great policy. If we didn’t we’d buy a different one, simple as that. And do you want to know why? Because my husband took a job with benefits that work for our family. If they hadn’t, he would have kept on looking or we would have bought a policy that was right for us IN THE FREE MARKET. We will never look to the government to provide for our healthcare. I won’t even send my children to public school, there is no way I am going to have a papsmear done at the public health clinic when I’ve got a private physician. The thought of being forced to give up our health insurance makes me so pissed off I want to scream out loud every time I think about losing it. I want to shake Obama by the ears and tell him to get the h3ll out of my life. Meddling, marxist charlatan.

You’d be well advised to do the same, instead of championing his fascist ideals. CA can stew in it’s own juice. Or to paraphrase Obama’s preacher “California’s chickens have come home to roost.” Fix your illegal immigration problem and perhaps you could open 5 of those 7 medical centers again.

OBAMA: Well, we are out of money now. We are operating in deep deficits, not caused by any decisions we’ve made on health care so far. This is a consequence of the crisis that we’ve seen and in fact our failure to make some good decisions on health care over the last several decades.

2 things. One, the deep deficits are largely caused by the large number of government healthcare programs we’ve already taken on. So it is absolutely caused by “decisions made on health care so far”.

Two, I love the way Obama just blithely says we’re out of money, and then forges ahead with his explanation that the only way to fix it is to borrow more money. I mean, is he so sure the media is in his pocket that the blatant hypocrisy doesn’t matter any more?

Don’t hold your breath. I had submitted three comments for Rosenbaum’s “anonymous commenters” post and all got moderated out of existence. Meanwhile, at the time, there were over 80 comments on his same article in the headlines, here, while only a little over 20 comments had been “okayed” over at Pajamas – showing that my comments were not the only ones being held back.

Rosenbaum is totally gutless.

I was at a business card exchange a while back and was talking with a financial advisor who manages high 6 and 7 figure accounts for people. I asked him if he saw any possibility of a Weimar Republic or Zimbabwe style hyperinflation. He almost chocked for a second. Then he looked at me and said something like “You know the type of people I work with. Not ONE of them has asked a question like that. ”

IOW, people with a mill or so to throw around are completely ignorant of the basics of wealth.
