Heh, thanks! Yep, 5 Superbowls 5 wins, no other team can say the same. However the most heart-breaking thing about the 49ers was after their back-to-back Superbowl wins (SB XXIII and XXIV) they had a chance to “three-peat” but with just over a minute left and the game seemingly in the bag Roger Craig fumbled the ball on a run the clock down running play at the 49ers 25 yard line, Giants recovered and scored, killing what should have been a 49er three-peat (something no team as done) and would have given the 49ers 6 Lombardi’s as well…I’ll never forgive Roger Craig for it, not ever!

I grew up in the East Bay, everyone wonders why I’m not a Raider fan, I answer with two words, Al Davis! Although I am an Oakland A’s fan!

*sigh* I just wish the 49ers would get back to their winning ways, nothing at all to get excited about in a long time, however unlike other football fans I have remained loyal to my team even in the face of such on-going humiliation!

Obama had only been President for ten days when the Steelers won the Super Bowl. They played most of the season on Bush’s watch.

It’s totally arrogant for Obama to try and take credit for the Steelers success, most of which he was not responsible for.

Also, the Detroit Lions are probably crossing their fingers right now hoping that the President may decide it’s only fair to invite all NFL franchises.

I remember after I cheered, hugged, jumped all over the place for that incredible victory, the-most-embarrassing thing Mr. Rooney said??? “THANK YOU, PRESIDENT OBAMA” or something like that. My jaw then dropped. WTF?? What Obama had to do with winning the Super Bowl?

James “Silverback” Harrison (not my nickname…his teamates picked it and he likes it) is the most antisocial player in the NFL. He terrified his position coach to such a degree his rookie year that the coach begged The Chin to cut him. The coach was literally in fear for his life due to Harrisons hostility and anger.
