Have any prominent Republicans publicly commented about either this matter or the Chrysler shakedown? Maybe I missed something, but from what I can tell, this whole discussion has been pretty much confined to the blogosphere and talk radio. Where’s Boehner on this? Where’s McConnell? I won’t even ask about Steele. Are they still using the excuse that it’s not a good idea to attack a popular President? Imagine if the roles were reversed? Henry Waxman would be calling for impeachment. Good lord, it really does feel like we’ve got no one representing us. No wonder the Tea Parties are gaining so much steam.

Again, why can’t these people be challenged in the courts for these practices. They are occurring every day and no one has attempted to put these issues in the courts and arguing against their constitutionality.
