Leno guest hosted for Johnny Carson 42 times and appeared as a guest when Johnny Hosted on other occasions. Johnny may have respected Letterman as a comedian, but he’d never have let Leno take his chair as a guest host if he wasn’t a fan.

But don’t blame Dave entirely. He’s just doing what practically ALL the well behaved little boys and girls with a TV show are doing. After all, once Barackus Caesar gets far enough down his list, the broadcast networks will also be nationalized and under government control. He did an interview with a former writer for Leno. This writer, was a complete tool. He said when Obama does something, that’s worth joking over, they’ll write jokes about it.
