Dude, no joke. By the media’s standards, this is fairly hard-hitting. Had Elmo been much more insistent, I fear the Children’s Television Workshop would have found themselves suddenly nationalized.
“Greatest First Lady” is, of course, Oprah’s designation for her. Who’s the worst First Lady, I wonder? A tough question, but no doubt the media would have said it was Cindy McCain had she ever made a joke like this during a gruesome recession.

I’m confused, why are we attacking this? Why are we reducing ourselves to the left’s behavior over the last eight years. Sesame Street’s been an instituion far back to my childhood and before that. First lady’s always make an appearance on there. I actually applaud her for doing that. Seriously guys, we can think of other more valid reasons to criticize her can’t we?

Michelle Obama has to ask herself how did she go from Harvard Law School graduate to being a traditional First Lady who wastes her time on meaningless fluff like this stuff. Funny, Laura Bush was criticized for being the little lady who stood in the shades of her husband’s dreams. Now Michelle is following in Laura’s footsteps. Let’s look deeply at using “trailer park” and “redneck” as insults. I’m quite sure that the denizens of the aforementioned trailer parks most certainly voted for Herr Obama. As for “rednecks”; they are people who bent over all day harvesting in the hot sun burning their necks to a bright red. Farm laborers could then be recognized by their “red” necks. As it is politically correct, and indeed a hate crime in Maryland, to harm or abuse the unemployed vagrant, I suggest that the term “trailer park” used as an insult is a hate crime and should be investigated as such. As we are very interested in protecting the welfare of migrant and other farm laborers, the term “red neck” shall now, in perpetuity, be only written as r** n*** and shall be referred to as the r-n word.
