After all, the same CIA and military that operated under Bush and Cheney is still out there. They are still risking their lives. I doubt very much if Obama wants to go after the very people he depends on everyday, especially when the whole issue is partisan driven crap anyway.

Wanna bet? Obama’s playing his moonbat base. Outside of left wing blogs, the Truth Commission will quietly fade.

I think what the left did to Bush was character assasination and I can’t be for that. I’m not saying coservatives shouldn’t play hardball, I’m just saying there should be rules and regulations. And below the belt character punches shouldn’t be allowed.

I say take everything they’ve done and put it under the spotlight and microscope simultaneously. They put themselves up for the image of saint. Let’s see how they stack up.

Point is: Obama’s a Chicago gangland thug. An arm of the outfit. Nothing less. To treat him like nothing less is to be dishonest.

So let’s treat him like one already! Let’s look at what he’s done. Let’s look at the possible connections. Treat him the same way that a zealous DA would look at a man with possible mob connections. And when we find something: drag him to the court of public opinion and the mercy of the jury there.

Not only that someday there might be a commission to find if the Obama administration broke the law in regards to TARP. There might be people who think that attorneys who gave sanction to the bailouts were not only wrong, but should be prosecuted.

I doubt that, and if there is it might not turn out like you want. Imagine when all those memos are released and it turns out that thousands of lives were saved. Then what? Will you wish them all dead?

The problem with people like you is that is all a game to you. You do not know or care about the repercussions. If these attacks are not stopped and people die here, on our soil there will be retribution. The only way to save lives is to stop the attacks before they happen.

I think that interrogators are always trying to find new and better ways to get information without killing people.

2) Half of the intelligentsia of the GOP agrees that Bush and Cheney institutionalized a secret torture program that violated the treaty Reagan signed off on.

A truth commission will also tell us how many of those suddenly-sanctimonius Democrats were in the loop. Which is why there probably won’t be one, after they’ve reflected on it long and hard. Ex post facto law. Why, some day attempts to instituite Card Check and nationalized health care could be called treason. A slippery slope I don’t think the left wants to try, if they have any intelligence at all.

I think Bush thought the office of the President was above all that. He might have been wrong in some ways, but since Obama has taken office and acted like he won American Idol rather than the White House I have to say I miss some of that dignity. Especially when Obama starts smirking at Tea Party protesters. Bush did not do that to anti war people.
