Today, on the Ed Morrissey Show (3 pm ET), we have two great guests who will deliver fireworks. First, John Ziegler will talk about the circumstances of his arrest at USC while attempting to interview attendees of the Annenberg School of Journalism’s Walter Cronkite Award presentation to Katie Couric. What happened in the end? Will John pursue this? Tune in and find out, and don’t forget to order your copy of Media Malpractice, too!
Update: John and I will also discuss Snarlin’ Arlen Specter’s switch to the Democratic Party. John was a talk-show host in Philly for a while and has some interesting perspective on Specter.
Hardly any less of a wallflower, WND’s Jerusalem station chief Aaron Klein joins us to talk about his new book, The Late Great State of Israel: How Enemies Within and Without Threaten the Jewish Nation’s Survival. We’ll also ask Aaron about his interviews with Palestinian terrorists, which figure into the book but will raise the hairs on the back of your neck.
We’re also holding a fundraising drive for Twin Cities Marriage Encounter. Below is the PayPal button for donations to this non-profit, which tries to build stronger communities by strengthening marriages. Donations are tax deductible!
Now you can join the conversation in the chat room! Be sure to register at Ustream to participate in our raucous live-chat sessions. (And if the log-in prompt doesn’t come up in the chat box below, use this link instead.) Jazz Shaw of The Moderate Voice moderates the chat, and he has his Troll Gun Trivia Contest running before the show, for those who get there early — and are registered!

Is Ziegler going to be as drunk on your show as he was at the Couric thing where he got arrested?

I’m sure he will be – since he was sober.

I guess the GOPs bridge to Specter has already been burned. Pity the Democrats didn’t burn theirs to Lieberman, however.

Anyone else having problems logging in for the show, or is it just me?

Yeah, I can’t log in either. Am I missing something?

He wasn’t drunk. We know that because if he was, there would have been a reason for the USC cops to actually arrest him rather than make up schtuff to detain him and then kick him off campus. The video doesn’t lie.
Nice try.
