Well stranglit, let’s put a few myths to rest here.

I personally disagree with Obama on a large number of his scientific policies based upon scientific principle and his embryonic human stem cell research on moral grounds.

Now, I have spent close to the last 30 years as an engineer and scientist, therefore your assertion is simply false. Many of the premises that the Obama administration is taking as science fact are fundamentally flawed and based more upon consensus and what is politically the most expedient to acquire research funding than upon scientific fact. I can’t speak to the stem cell issue scientifically because I have no experience in that field. However, I can absolutely state that the whole premise of human man-made climate change is complete bunk. I have extensive experience in modeling and simulation and it is apparent to anyone with that type of experience that the so-called models proving man-made climate change are both bogus, being fed by faulty, and/or doctored data and extrapolating results outside of the validated regions of the model.

So, while you may hold your views, don’t try to make some blanket statement that “all scientists support Obama and opposed GW and by implication, if you hold the opposite view, you are obviously uneducated luddites”

As far as the TOTUS, does it bother anyone that this President cannot speak with conviction, FOR ANYTHING? It seems to me he has no core, no heartfelt belief in anything EXCEPT…more government!

Who is “us” – the money you speak of belongs to productive, taxpaying citizens. I’ve got a novel idea; answer the question that many asked you. Why is federal funding required; if this was a good idea, investors would be all over it.
