It was inevitable that our celebrity-obsessed culture would at some point give us a totally vacuous but “hip” POTUS.

Obama looks just awesome on the cover of People, and isn’t that more important than the fact that he looks like President Peter Principle behind the desk in the Oval Office?

Seriously, when it comes to “cool,” he reminds me of my own oldest child — also has one African parent, and one white one.

When she was about 3 or 4, her aunt (African side) was watching her at a party, and commented:

“Poor kid. Her black half wants to dance, and her white half doesn’t know how.”

Yeah, Obama’s got rhythm — like Urkel had rhythm (or my older kid, or her dad. My younger one, on the other hand….)

That op-ed writer is overly excitable; women have been tending gardens since Eden. If we ever get this country back, the first thing we need to do is to take back the schools from the left, starting with kindergarten through college. Making sure that history & economics are not taught using text books written with a left wing agenda.

The early morning show Fox and Friends has been doing some weekly segments outing text books & their authors. This is a good start.

But we have our work cut out for us on the kool-aid drinkers. It’s apparent that this generation is more concerned with coolness & hipness than substance. Take away the smoke & mirrors and the emperor has no clothes.

We can’t let the next generation get any dumber or we will all be doomed.
