Good news: Obama to release Chinese Muslim Gitmo detainees into U.S.

The Obama administration is preparing to admit into the United States as many as seven Chinese Muslims who have been imprisoned at Guantanamo Bay in the first release of any of the detainees into this country, according to current and former U.S. officials…
The Uighurs were sent to Guantanamo in 2002 after being captured in Pakistan. Before that, they had gravitated to Afghanistan, where they received firearms training at a camp apparently run by a Uighur separatist.
Some former U.S. officials have said government information indicates that the Uighurs may pose a danger if released. But other officials and human rights organizations insist they pose no threat to Americans…
Not long after being granted access to TV, some of the Uighurs were watching a soccer game. When a woman with bare arms was shown on the screen, one of the group grabbed the television and threw it to the ground, according to the officials.
They’re likely headed to the Virginia suburbs, but Stephanopoulos warns us that the crazy Republicans (who also support enhanced interrogation) are likely to “pounce” on the decision, so who knows where these poor misunderstood souls who somehow ended up in Afghanistan and are known to become violent at the sight of bare arms will end up. Exit question: How about Montana?

Well, for heaven’s sake, keep them out of any WalMart once they are released on American soil. Should they see how many products from China line the shelves, they are apt to go postal.
Northern Virginia is sultry in the summer. Don’t the idiots making these decisions know that Americans have the right to “bare arms”?
Virginia is also known to have Muslim militia camps. Will these released prisoners find their way to these camps in order to share their earlier training experitise?

The sad irony is that America fears China will waterboard them.
On the bright side think of the charm created by more modestly dressed women of Virginia. Headscarves would show them a welcome with respect for their deeply conservative religious beliefs. And there has to be a sit com in this unless some unpleasantness occurs.

There was a time in 1880s Montana when my ancestors banded together with other western pioneers (today known as right wing extremists that pose a potential terrorist threat) to enact vigilante justice by hunting down very bad dudes. This was done because local law enforcement and the federal guv’mt couldn’t protect them, their families, and their property.
