The ethical issue is whether he should have identified himself as an FNC producer given that he was clearly there with an eye to airing this exchange on the Factor.
Sadly, ethics in reporting is a lost art. Never to be rediscovered. In present day, when a journalist does practice ethical reporting, it sticks out like a sore thumb. Times have changed.

Naw, Fox used ACTUAL shareholders at an actual shareholders meeting where actual shareholders are allowed ask questions of GE top guy. The overall qualification for attendance at that shareholders meeting was/is, as in all shareholders meeting is that those attending are in fact shareholders.

FYI O’Reilly featured in talking points tonight GE’s lobbying to handle the Cap and Trade extortion of the American Public.

If true, and I have little doubt it isn’t, this could be a very interesting story.

1. MSNBC will heap slobbering praise on every action taken by Obama — no matter how insignificant, idiotic, dishonest, dangerous to U.S. national security, etc., such actions by Obama are.

2. MSNBC will refuse to report on any and all instances of malfeasance by Obama, and if such malfeasance is covered by any other media outlet, MSNBC will make up an infinite number of excuses and rationalizations for Obama’s malfeasance, and/or blame some unrelated third party (preferably George W. Bush).

3. MSNBC will routinely compare Michelle Obama to a super-model, and we will air lengthy “news” reports in which we favorably compare her fashion sense to that of Jackie Kennedy, her intelligence to that of Albert Einstein, her charitable works to those of Mother Teresa, and her goodness as a mother to that of the Virgin Mary.

4. MSNBC will provide every loud-mouth incompetent Democratic flack with his/her own show on our network, as long as such flacks promise to abide by our standards (see nos. 1 – 3 above), and as long as such flacks agree to regularly book brain-dead Liberal guests on their shows who will label conservative Americans as bigots, fools, rednecks, etc., and who will make tasteless and vulgar jokes about Gov. Sarah Palin and her family.
