Hillary: I don’t consider Cheney a reliable source on “torture”

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton seized on an opportunity Wednesday to take a shot at Dick Cheney in front of a House committee, telling lawmakers that she did not view the former vice president as a “particularly reliable source” on issues of torture.

This coming from the woman who dodges phantom sniper fire while being filmed and basically called General Petreaus a liar:

But who are we to question the woman who proclaims America as the oldest democracy during her “Smart Power” tour.

Didn’t she help Bush lie America into the Iraq war according to liberals:

Bill Clinton’s party screamed loud and long about how the [detainee] bill enabled torture and departed from the Geneva Conventions. Russ Feingold described this legislation as “a stain” on our history, one we would regret, and soon. Yet none of these Democrats had anything to say when their last occupant of the White House not only endorsed torture but also a protocol for covering one’s butt after the fact.

The best part is at the very end, where Billy Jeff chuckles at the notion that anyone would oppose torture in a true ticking bomb situation.

But torture is okay if you are a democrat right Hillary??

I don’t think anybody thought that meant “whimper and beg”.

Just more proof that liberals don’t have any substantial or coherent plans beyond “It’s Bush’s fault”.
