If true, it is very disturbing that the Federal government would be surveilling its own citizens for exercising their constitutional rights in a peaceable demonstration to uphold the Constitution and the Republic.

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (AP) – Two FBI employees have been charged with conspiracy and committing criminal invasion of privacy. They were working in an FBI satellite control room at the mall when they positioned a camera on temporary changing rooms and zoomed in for at least 90 minutes on girls dressing for the Cinderella Project fashion show, Marion County Prosecutor Pat Wilson said Monday.

Gary Sutton Jr., 40, of New Milton and Charles Hommema of Buckhannon have been charged with the misdemeanors and face fines and up to a year in jail on each charge if convicted. Sutton has been released on bond, Wilson said, and Hommema is to be arraigned later this week.

As well, HATE is a frame of mind and while morally deplorable, cannot be legislated against, i.e., thought crime. This is where this report is heading: political beliefs = hate = crime.

We need to stop letting Obama & friends set up the playing field and make thought and beliefs criminal. We need to say that right wing is not a dirty word, and that even if every pro-life, pro-family, pro-second amendment, & pro-legal immigration citizen were actually hate mongers who joined together – so what? It’s called freedom of speech; it’s called the First Amendment.

All but one of them laughed, shrugged their shoulders, and had a look on their faces that said they knew how ridiculous the DHS report and the current ‘leaders’ of our nation are.

The one standout of these conversations was the single representative of the State Police…. One I haven’t seen around here before. Maybe he was sent out of headquarters to check out the ‘rednecks’ here in one of the more conservative than average area of the state…. Maybe even one of Gov. Richardson’s hand picked enforcers. I don’t know, but he sure had a ’stick up his 8u77‘ about something.

I served in the Gun Club (US Marine Corps to chumps like you) for several years, and a large proportion of its membership were good ol’ boys who valued their privately-owned firearms, and took their oaths to the Constitution quite seriously.
