Garofalo outdoes herself: Tea-parties all about white power, says D-lister

posted at 9:41 pm on April 16, 2009 by Allahpundit

Great, great stuff, even better than her last racist appearance. Garofalo’s a nonentity but Olby’s a bit of a player in cable news, which makes it all the more gratifying that he insists on yes-ing this nutjob to death every time she’s on his show. Stick around for the end of the clip, where she tries to minimize Fox’s ratings — notwithstanding the fact that they’re crushing Kayo into dust. Please, Keith, more of this loon. It makes discrediting your show even easier than usual.

Janine Garofolo just proves that Star Trek nerds have no taste in women.

I need to refresh my memory. Wasn’t Garofalo on SnareAmerica radio? And did they not completely go belly up? Is this her new job, going to any third rate “news” show and spewing her bad breath?

Why are middle aged liberal women so angry, bitter and delusional? Is it because they never had a date in high school? Or is it that their bad hair day is every day?

CarolynM on April 16, 2009 at 10:30 PM

Too much casual, meaningless sex followed by too many abortions, followed by no husband, no children, and careers that don’t fill the void left by no husbands, children or meaningful relationships.

On top of that, their womens studies college classes have left them feeling victimized by American society and fearful of men. They believe that 1 out of 4 of them have been raped and that they aren’t making as much money as men.

The men in their social circles are, at best, little more than politically correct parakeets, and, adding insult to injury, they aren’t getting as many opportunities to have meaningless sex anymore because their vapid younger replacements are attracting more attention.

In my opinion…liberals very much dislike THEMSELVES…it is the only plausible explanation for their behavior

winston on April 16, 2009 at 10:19 PM

It’s a little more complicated than that, from my experiences with liberal intellectuals. They begin from the premise of multiculturalism, the unshakeable belief that all cultures are equally valuable, accomplished, and advanced. This is a bedrock liberal belief – all of them embrace, and will angrily defend, this article of faith, and consider anyone who challenges it to be sinister and evil.

The whole thing is really quite simple. Their core driving need is quite simply to belief that they are superior and those of a contrary nature, such as the two of you who would challenge them, are inferior. Their vehicle of commission is almost immaterial. Once you see that all else simply follows like a river running it’s course. Some in my profession maintain that it is more complicated than that, but that is only to drive up the number of therapy sessions and hence their fees.

So I didn’t watch the video. I didn’t want to expel my stomach contents on my computer. Regarding Garofalo: Why do we care what she says? Why do we care what any actor/actress/hack comedian has to say about anything other than their next project? (Actress here so don’t pay attention if you don’t want to.) They are entertainers who are paid to assume other personalities for the sake of entertainment. (Professional schizophrenia??)That’s about it. Experts in politics, the law, climate change, not so much. Garofalo and Olbermann need to shut their pie holes and spare the Earth their CO2 emissions.

I sense projection here. Why is Janeane so obsessed with Obama’s race? The Tea Parties are protesting Obama’s and Congress’ policies not Obama’s race.

To say that we can’t criticize Obama’s performance as President because he is black is a ridiculous and racist statement. Is it ok to only protest against white Presidents like Bush or Clinton according to Janeane and Olby?

Michael Savage always says that “liberalism is a mental disorder.” Jeaneane certainly looks like she is suffering from a mental illness or something. Maybe she is just consumed by all that hate she projects onto others.

Liberals only care about their state of mind whether it be their perceived victimization, or a whole host of various addictions, or finding peace through yoga or botox. They serve no higher purpose, be it family, community, country or God. Liberal women, especially as they approach middle age, suffer from a particular type of derangement due to their barren bodies and barren minds. When does MZZZZ Garofalo NOT blame “rednecks” and “racists” for the crap that she doesn’t have the brains to fathom?

The last meaningful thing she did with her acting career was portray the grown-up version of the baby in the last episode of “Mad About You”…a long long time ago. Since then, she’s turned into an abject failure, and can’t find substantive work because she’s simply too bitchy to work with.

It wouldn’t bother me so much if she were to share her thoughts and stances in an adult manner using logic and reason. We don’t have to agree, and that’s fine. But, when liberals such as herself go on and on, spewing untruths because they either want to or simply do not have the brains to do their own research on ths subject-matter, they become tiring. It’s like listening to that annoying neighbor talk about his trip to the Bahamas…for the 25th time since he returned, last week. It gets old and boring after a while.

MZZZ Garofalo – get a life. The one you have is starting to smell.

Talismen on April 17, 2009 at 8:51 AM

Crusty on April 17, 2009 at 8:56 AM

ARghhhh!! Why did I watch even two seconds of this? I went to the DC protest, yeah there were some angry people, a little too much swearing, but there was nothing racists. There was a guy with a birth certificate truther sign, but that was the extent I saw of the unreasonable extreme. My only consolations are that three people watched her on Olbermeme, and she’ll be fired from 24 before the next season. If there is one.

Iceman on April 17, 2009 at 8:56 AM

Priceless!

We have one homely, unemployed actress/talkshow host “Activist” (what you call yourself when you fail at all other career choices) Geneane Garofalo proving that often the very traits you project on others are actually held by oneself. Garafalo tries to act intelligent by mentioning the “Limbic brain” several times, but seems incapable to say the word “Klan”. She talks about hatred and racism while oozing hatred. She speaks about the intellect of Conservatives while she loses any debate she has with them (remember your spat with Brian Kilmeade?). Now she sits among her own kind, pointing out the primitive nature of her foes while picking her tooth with a bone ala “2001, a Space Odyssey”.

Poor Geneane, just a homely girl who almost had a career but instead decided to become a guest on Olby’s unwatchable farce.

darkmetal on April 17, 2009 at 8:56 AM

Wow: Ms. GrrrROFL-ooo set me “straight” (and she knows best!) stating that, by my presence at a TEA party, that I am a “racist redneck teabagger.”

And all this time I thought I was a socially liberal, fiscally conservative, affluent, educated Northeastern married guy! You know: a Dem target audience…

I am so confused now.

Hieronymus on April 17, 2009 at 8:56 AM

But, on the bright side, to echo Coulter, these protests must be doing something right that the left sees as very dangerous if we are being attacked so vehemently for it.

Iceman on April 17, 2009 at 8:57 AM

I can’t understand why she is so insulting to people who have problems with their “limbic” brain.
.
If, as she claims, there’s something wrong with the conservative brain, a person believing in small government, low taxes, or white power is no more blame-worthy than a mentally impaired person hearing voices.
.
And so again, the liberals show their disdain for the disabled.

Ya, I don’t know what the deal is, I don’t even go there anymore. I don’t think it was ever a conservative site though. I think it rose to fame going after the Islamofacsists.

The fame went to everyone’s head, now it’s a site dominated by a bunch of fanboys who basically attack everyone they don’t agree with and stifle any dissent (if their leader tells them to). It’s funny to pop in once a month or so, actually. It’s like a lefty site, where everyone who doesn’t share their views is stupid.

It’s hilarious to watch them attack people for doing the exact same thing that they do. Ooh, maybe they’ll link to this post and play the victim card again.

Seriously though, does she mean that it’s unfortunate that violence may ensue or that it’s unfortunate that it may not ensue? I rather think that she thinks it’s unfortunate that there was no violence at any of the Tea Parties. It would have fit right in with her insane belief about the protestors being racist Klan members. But it didn’t happen and to her that’s ‘unfortunate’. And let’s face it, there’s never any violence, vandalism, overt racism or anti-semitism at left-wing rallies and protests is there?

By the way, that is why Sarah Palin drives them nuts. Palin has it all. Garafola only has her bitterness.

Ratings don’t matter.

The Message does.

Do not confuse one or the other or think that places like MSNBC are crazy. They needn’t worry about losing viewers or advertising dollars. If worst came to worst, they would simply hold out their hands to Uncle Sugar for some sweet, sweet, bailout. Don’t think they wouldn’t? Then you haven’t watched much MSNBC of late.

Outlets like this exist simply to express a lefty message or corrupt real news with a lefty bent. These folks aren’t journalists – they’re propagandists. Don’t believe me? Again, you haven’t watched much MSNBC of late.

We do a disservice by believing these folks will change their stripes based on a proper BUSINESS model. If it were about the Benjamins, these a-hats would have been dumped off the air long ago or the “network” would have changed to accomodate the viewership.

MSNBC might very possibly find itself eligible for bail out money and would probably get it. But there is a limit to even that. Given how badly they are doing and how non-competitive they are they would have to keep returning to the trough. There is a point where even the obama administration would have to back away.

jeanie on April 17, 2009 at 9:40 AM

As a former liberal, I can speak to this with some expertise. Just when they should be in their prime, with children who need them and husbands who love them, instead they find themselves bitter over a life wasted with casual sex and their singular pursuit of selfish gratification.

You know I think your right. I think back to a 63 year old woman i work with who was a sixties radical.
Divorced no children,no friends and extremely bitter and full of self pity. I think she projects her own self loathing onto the public at large.

I’d like to believe this to be true as women such as this Garafolo person deserve such a fate, but it isn’t. I know many, many women who are disgustingly liberal in their thinking and politics who do have what one could see as fulfilled lives. In fact that’s where many of them get their ‘start’ if you will. They agitate as PTA members, push for liberal out reaches in their churches, are movers and shakers in local or state liberal politics etc etc. They do not see themselves as described above. Understand please, that I am not supporting their activities, just pointing out that they come in many molds.

This would be so great. Imagine the Feds coming in and saying, “OK Olbermann, Matthews, Maddow. You only deserve to make 1/10th of what you make now” They’d become Conservatives in a nanosecond.

I’ve been out of touch on Barney Frank of late. How is his push to regulate the pay of everyone in a bailed out firm coming?

I don’t necessarily disagree with your point.

But again, your assuming they are operating from a common sense, BUSINESS type model based on profit, competitiveness, etc.

MSNBC’s bahavior on this stuff isn’t new, it has been going on for years. In a business, they would have already needed and shown some type of adjustment or softening. the exact opposite has occured – they have tacked even more Left.

It is seeming more and more that they are more interested in advocay and the lefty message than “journalism” or the “news”.

Obitterman only wants to try to impress you how smart he is as he discredits, defames, and destroys any who disagree with his or the leftist viewpoints. What he does not realize is that as he discredits, defames, destroys anyone who disagree with him he will find he is also self centered because he is the only one that agrees with himself.

Leftist are far more racist than those they claim to be racist. Because as communists they know that the only way the can discredit the opposition, when confronted, is to revert to name calling to turn the table because they need to foster hate and lies to convince their followers that there is an enemy and the enemy is U.S.

Garofalo and Obitterman do not know how many racist there are because they do not have mirrors. Listen carefully, these two as they stumble, confuse, and misrepresent words because they are trying to make up for lost time.

Because, Tea Party organizers have garnered more support than their leftist idols of the 60′s who appear to have lost their way, and the only way they know how to temporarily regain their position is to spew forth “HATE” encased with a superiority complex.

Also, they appear to be off their Lithium because they cannot even talk straight, and blabber “HATE SPEAK” faster than their little brains can spew forth or make it up.

Janeane “I play a smart person on TV” Garofalo.

What medical school gave Dr. Garofalo her degree, and how is she able to diagnose this oversized “limbic brain” without ever examining the subjects?
