Garofalo outdoes herself: Tea-parties all about white power, says D-lister

posted at 9:41 pm on April 16, 2009 by Allahpundit

Great, great stuff, even better than her last racist appearance. Garofalo’s a nonentity but Olby’s a bit of a player in cable news, which makes it all the more gratifying that he insists on yes-ing this nutjob to death every time she’s on his show. Stick around for the end of the clip, where she tries to minimize Fox’s ratings — notwithstanding the fact that they’re crushing Kayo into dust. Please, Keith, more of this loon. It makes discrediting your show even easier than usual.

Is BSNBC supposed to be a news show? Is what’s-her-name even making movies? I can’t believe anyone gives any credance to anything either one has to say.

Poor Garofalo. She is an expert on the dysfunctional brain since she has had one since birth. It sometimes happens to ugly midgets with deep-rooted inferiority complexes. Her role as the backstabbing traitor on 24 is so unbelievably real since mental illness oozes from every pore of her body like the sand of an hourglass. Not hard to be an actress when it is actually yourself in real life.

volsense on April 17, 2009 at 6:04 PM

She is such a hateful, little troll of a human-being. Word of advise to the left- continue with the never-ending vitriol about racists underneath every bed and around every corner and the constant comparisons of conservatives as redneck hicks yawn. In the immortal words of Whitaker Chambers- “innocence rarely utters outraged shrieks. Guilt does.”

I stopped watching “24” partly because of her, that and because the “enemies” mostly boil down to evil white guys when you peel the onion. Yeah, I caught part of the last episode…so Tony Almeda is now murdering FBI agents and carrying chemicals weapons?! Yeah, right. Click.

I just came in to say I’m not gonna watch it because I can’t stand that nasty smelly little troll.

That is all.

I forced myself to watch the first rerun of Olbergoebbel’s show “Countdown to No Ratings”. Olbergoebbels continues his slide into insanity as his show’s ratings are declining into freefall…Imagine my surprise when Sister Moonbat came on…I’m white and I’m breathing so I guess I’m a racist…These morons don’t understand the Tea Parties, it’s not a Republican thing, it’s an American thing, as in

Janeane Garofalo needs to take a shower and get a haircut Just looking at her makes me feel dirty, she looks like she just put 12 hours in a greasy spoon.

Why are most liberal woman unkept skanky looking bitches?

The arrogant cxxx is the last person that I would have lecture me on our Constitutional Republic. She is nothing but a commie just like Olberman.

The other posters are right about her role in 24, she makes it almost unbearable to watch.

Who the hell is that, and why should we care?

Oh, just another unkempt liberal idiot who lives out her “white guilt” on the public stage and thinks anyone wants to listen to her drivel. The fact that she’s on Olberdork just proves my point here.

Why is it that only white people are telling me how racist I am? Can’t those who are the supposed victims muster up the courage to say anything? Or, as I suspect, is it simply not true? I doubt my Guatemalan-American son thinks I’m racist, but he’s only three, so what would he know? Hmmm…

therightwinger on April 17, 2009 at 7:56 PM

…I wonder when stating repeatedly that people who don’t vote the way you do are deranged will be considered hate speech?

…as a redneck-rights activist myself, I’m considering forming a coalition to explore the possiblity of stigmatizing that very thing. It does nothing for the self-esteem of the people in our ‘hood to hear from marginal celebrities how politically incorrect we are merely for existing. Change the color from white to black (or brown or yellow or red, or green to include the guy who did a face plant on the Beck show last week), and it’d be hate speech. Sauce for the goose….

If Garofalo is now a mini-pundit whose opinion is sought by the powerful in the establishment media, why doesn’t MSNBC just go whole-hog and ask Kato Kaelin, Zsa Zsa Gabor and the guy who sells Sham-Wow’s for their input? Likewise, they’re famous for being famous….

Winebabe on April 17, 2009 at 8:19 PM

Mis-fire??!! Mis-fire??!!

So, provided that what she says statistically about the brain is true. We have conservatives with a larger limbic region, than “regular people” who arguably wouldn’t be conservative, so they would tend to be more liberal. So we would have a different profile for the statistical correlation for liberals.

But apparently, Ms. Garofool has too undersized a limbic system to remember the implications of Darwinism (that thing that they all want us not only to learn but incorporate into our daily lives): There is no proper size for a limbic system. If some people have larger and some people have smaller that is a distribution and/or variety. If behavior is explained by that variety, the we have an implication of a physiological trait.

Whether it puts “too much” pressure on the cortex or not enough depends on what you want from brains. The brain simply fires to reflect its physiological variation, mis-firing would suggest that there is a proper firing, but as there is no survival differential between small limbics and large limbics (assumiing she’s doesn’t have a variation I might call “posterior-talker”), so we can imagine that perhaps small-limbics can’t think like large-limbics, but we don’t have a success ratio.

However, Olbermann shows his inability to process information with his scrawny limbic region. He shows the clip to show that it is a republican. Why? Because the crowd shouted down a guy who said that you can look past Dodd and Countrywide, Frank and Fanny and Freddy, and it all falls onto the shoulders of the republicans. The only clearly audible response is “No! Both parties,” thus Olby concludes that if they reject the clear conclusion that it’s ALL the republicans fault, and you respond with “both parties,” you are a republican! Thus, it was a GOP rally. So he ignored every verbal cue in the clip he showed, to convince himself that it made his point.

If it was really an open forum, they would have accepted that it all rested on the republicans, just the way that Obama would have us believe. That’s Olby’s world. I don’t see a brain that I’m envious of there. So for now, I’ll take my enlarged limbic system over his scrawny one.

(Just so somebody knows: I don’t believe in ANY of the above determinism. I just can make a point with what they’ll give me.)

I’ve often said that liberals do not understand the Evolution pill they’re prescribing. How does that make their limbic system proper?

Axeman on April 17, 2009 at 8:23 PM

More quotes from Nobel laureate, Janeane Garofalo:

Our country is founded on a sham: our forefathers were slave-owning rich white guys who wanted it their way. So when I see the American flag, I go, ‘Oh my God, you’re insulting me.’ That you can have a gay parade on Christopher Street in New York, with naked men and women on a float cheering, ‘We’re here, we’re queer!’ — that’s what makes my heart swell. Not the flag, but a gay naked man or woman burning the flag. I get choked up with pride.

There has been so many inappropriate responses to dissent, which is the most patriotic thing you can do. And the First Amendment guarantees everyone’s right to speak out. The pillorying that was endured by the Dixie Chicks and Susan Sarandon and Tim Robbins and now Johnny Depp is absurd. And, again, it is promulgated by the kind of Archie Bunker mentality that dominates the right wing of the Republican Party and also right-wing radio and some of the faux populist right-wing cable news shows.

When Communist U.S.S.R. was a superpower, the world was better off. The right-wing media is trying to marginalize the peace movement.

Ann Coulter and Bernie Goldberg can write all the unsourced and poorly researched books they want to. But I think that everybody knows, whether they want to admit it or not, there is no liberal media.

One person’s terrorist organization is another person’s national resistance movement. You know what I mean? There’s plenty of people that refer to some of the military in this country, and others, and in Britain, and in Israel, and in other places as terrorist organizations. Just depends on how you phrase it. They’re either a freedom fighter, or a terrorist, or whatever it is. It’s however you label it.

First of all, General Petraeus has been dishonest. That is sort of the role of a soldier like that. They, just like General Westmoreland and the five o’clock report to Vietnam. Of course they are dishonest. That’s what they do. And the thing is that to pretend that it’s that has the problem, and that the mainstream media allows that nonsense to continue. Yet, he is betraying us.

And we care about this moron, why?

Huckabye-Romney on April 17, 2009 at 8:38 PM

And we care about this moron, why?

I care just long enough to thoroughly eviscerate her argument. Although I wrote quite a bit above, I had a thought afterwards–probably forced into my frontal lobe by some solid limbic pressure.

If she has given up with the idea that she can talk to people in her own country because of their “handicap”, then why does she would she think that Obama’s I-can-talk-to-anybody worldview is naive?

Are we worse homophobes than the Islamicists? Are we more restrictive on women? I thought they had to be afraid of fundamental Christians in this country because of what fundamental Muslims did–if it wasn’t in fact George W. Bush. So there’s a common syndrome there, isn’t there? Until they want to understand them as the Chomsky-esque victims of American imperialism, only “acting out” in violence (which still puts people underground) and “society is to blame”.

So when they see them as the sympathetic actors, they can be reasoned with. American conservatives have to be the only large-limbics in the world. But that kind of destroys the other argument that religion has a common, dangerous character, if the people who are actually killing people are people you can reason with.

No sense. I don’t make an circumstantial ad hominem, I just take arguments apart and show that there is no single case that the liberals “know”.

It’s almost as if European conservatives are some inferior sub-species, not seen in the rest of the world–kind of like Hitler’s Jews… if you think about it.

Axeman on April 17, 2009 at 9:01 PM

From the headline above we learn the Ms. Garoughalo can’t take the heat and wouldn’t even be polite to Rush Limbaugh or Lynne Chenny. What courage did that take?

How much money has she raised for an outstanding charity like the Leukemia and Lymphoma society? The lefties need to learn and practice a bit of true compassion before they have a chance of winning over the hearts and minds of those of us who are the Radical Right.

why is it always so easy for progressives to goad conservatives into racial arguments?

eh on April 17, 2009 at 10:36 PM

Probably because they’re sick of liberals and assorted scum using it as a club to beat them with.

The Black Panthers and La Raza can march down Main Street chanting all manner of threatening statements toward whites, white-owned businesses, and America in general. They get TV airtime and cheers from the left. The hankie-stompers among you go berserk over the uneven percentage of young black men in prison, questioning everything except their criminal behavior, and play the sad violins and another whole deck of race cards every time a border sneak gets tossed out on his/her/their ass(es).

Just try organizing a white power movement. I dare you. The ‘tolerance’ you liberals say you value so much NEVER extends to such a movement. Even alluding to such a thing would have every the national spin machine going into overtime: slander of the leaders and participants 24/7, race-card mouthpieces and legal bully boys from the NAACP and the ADL among many others would descent like vultures on a wounded animal. Equations to Nazism would be nonstop.

i’m not a liberal, i’ve never argued that black crime rates are due to white racism or that to cite them is racist.

non-white racial nationalist groups saying bellicose things at a march is not the same thing as a lynching.

once again, why is it so easy? it always goes like this:

conservative: i think taxes are too high.

liberal: your a racist! you hate black people!

conservative: well, to tell you the truth, i do happen to have a number of criticisms of black people in the aggregate. i’ll now cooperate with you in driving the train of the discussion away from the original topic of tax policy…

it’s ridiculous.

Star20 on April 18, 2009 at 1:25 PM

Anyone who brings up the subject of race is a racist. Why? Because there is no such thing as race. There is no biological reason to divide humans into races – all humans are biologically the same. Race is a political and social construct, invented by the power-seeking class to divide and rule over the rest of humanity.

Consider the supposed “Black Race.”

Mitochondrial and y-chromosome DNA studies have proven that modern humans originated in Africa about 120,000 years ago. About 60,000 years ago a first wave left Africa, migrated eastwards along a southern route and ended up as far afield as Australia, New Guinea and Japan (the Ainu). Then, 10,000 years later, another wave headed east and north, ending up in northern asia and europe.

Therefore, the black-skinned peoples of Australia and New Guinea are more distantly related to modern Africans than the lighter skinned Norwegians. If two groups shared a common race, it’s more likely to be Norwegians and Kenyans than New Guineans and Kenyans.

Additionally, the light skinned Ainu (who were thought to be caucasian) belong to the first wave and should be in the same race as New Guineans, not Kenyans.

The whole idea of race is ridiculous.

I think we’re still in a kind of gray territory. None of us have quite absorbed just how bankrupt the country is, just how the entire system has dissolved.

It’s a bit too much.

Those of us facing bankruptcy and unable to even dream of competing in the job market today are just still a bit confused by what’s happened.

We know it’s real. We just haven’t yet experienced the reality.

When we have no money for medications, our homes are cold due to a lack of money for heat, etc., then……we’ll be able to speak about reality.

It’s not far away.

In the meantime, we can just be dismissed as idiots.

I’m fortunate. I’ve been reading about people in these situations all my life.

There is a certain word reserved for the very upper echelon of this “type” of woman that should only be employed in the rarest and most special of circumstances, lest its’ affect be diluted. The word starts with a “c” and ends with a “t” and if you utter this word in the company of woman or, god forbid, one’s wife, you will instantly be cast out into the dank dungeon of male contrition. Thus the word should be bestowed vis á vis the most stringent of standards, as in in this case, where the performance of Ms. Garofalo on Keith Olberman’s show has earned her the c-word moniker with the a certainty rivaling or exceeding the aptness of say, Keith Richard’s induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
