I don’t know about better, but in some of those clips Boxer somewhat resembles the chick who played the press secretary on The West Wing.

Food for thought: Texiana would control the port of entry to the entire Mississippi and Missouri and Ohio River basins, or about a third of the country. If the entire Midwest was paying import duties to Texiana, they might change their tune about a lot of issues.

I really hope that idea takes off. I’d move there in a heartbeat. The libs would love to see us go. Win/win for everybody, except of course for the libs and people on the dole in Texas.

If Texas secedes, how would it defend its southern border without National Guard troops and Border Patrol from the rest of the states?

Of course, if LA and TX seceded together, “Texiana” could join OPEC, and “Drill, Baby, Drill” would look rather attractive in other states if Texiana sold its oil elsewhere than to the Lower 46. Especially if Sarah Palin joined Texianaska.

As a woman, I should defend a member of the tribe who is doing the best she can to ward off the aging process, but damn, that spackle thing was funny.
