Unreal: CNN reporter openly contemptuous of tea parties

posted at 3:25 pm on April 15, 2009 by Allahpundit

A tour de force of bias via TV Newser, from her sarcasm to her Fox-bashing to her badgering a guy who’ll be paying off Obama’s monstrous deficits for decades about why he isn’t satisfied with a $400 tax break this year. The title of the clip is “CNN Reporter Roughed Up at Chicago Tea-Party,” which, as you’ll see, is a transparent lie unless you consider the crowd yelling at her to stop cutting off the people she’s interviewing as “rough.” But that’s par for the course for the narrative being organized here: A nasty, violent, ignorant crowd, all doing the bidding of CNN’s sinister competitor. Stay classy, Turnerites.

CNN is a total joke. Then again, Ted Turner is a full-blown lunatic, so what else could be expected?

progressoverpeace on April 15, 2009 at 3:42 PM

Yep, he’s a far left-tard lunatic all right; after all he married that traitor biatch Hanoi Jane that says it all!

For the life of me I still can’t believe Hanoi Jane wasn’t charged with treason and shot for what she did during Vietnam…her and Ted were perfect for each other so I’m surprised they divorced…

Now I always knew get-a-clue was an ignorant fool with the intelligence level of an ameba, but I think I may have over estimated his intelligence level as only a person with less than one functioning synapse could be fooled by the obvious bias being shown by this reporter and the Obama News Network!

Seriously get-a-clue, if you can’t see through the obvious BIAS, BS and propaganda from this reporter and ONN I’d go to the nearest hospital to be checked out as I’m certain they would find you to be clinically and legally BRAIN DEAD!

Now, tell us again how you “supported the troops” by voting for Jeanne-Claude Kerri in 2004, and then for dessert you can tell us again how Enron “happened on Bush’s watch”.

They do nothing to further any kind of a debate, they just show how dumb they are and just use name calling! As for sponsoring – this is the first time I will have ever been to a protest! If someone is giving out money or T shirts etc., I’m sure in the dark. I’m so sick of those reporters who think they are spokespersons for the administration. Hahaha! So the President is cleaning up the mess by increasing government spending by 10-fold.

I don’t see how the last 8 years were a failure. I do see how the democrats in congress really screwed up on the Fannie/Freddie Mac fiasco that started the whole subprime mortgage mess (and the republicans including George Bush tried to do something about it). I do note that getalife and capitulus, along with their other ilk, are useful in some ways: i.e. they represent typical liberals. Thus, since they are incapable of comprehending how much of a laughingstock they are, or how out of touch they are, they remind us daily that liberals are really, really dumb.

Plus, since they are liberals, they constantly show what they think of “tolerance” by just bringing up random religious attacks out of the blue. Personal insults are all they have, as neither can form a coherent argument.

Sadly, they demonstrate what a modern “education” gets you–unable to do any sort of thinking except regurgitate talking points.

On the bright side, just let people read a discussion involving a conversation with either of these two and a conservative and they will quickly conclude that they follow a bankrupt, illiterate ideology that makes no sense and has no intellectual foundation.

What they didn’t show were the anarchists vandalizing DC and assaulting policemen and citizens, the pro-terrorist signs, the jew-hating/baiting signs, the communist flags, etc.

I was at those rallies and saw all of the above and more, not to mention the mountains of trash these hippie idiots threw all over the streets and the stupid posters they glued to public property and left behind for others to clean up.

ladyingray on April 15, 2009 at 4:36 PM

And I mean High School Econ. The simple stuff.

ladyingray on April 15, 2009 at 4:36 PM

Sorry young man but the gop destroyed the country in 8 years of massive spending and failure.

getalife on April 15, 2009 at 4:14 PM

Very simple. They are spending the money to get the economy going because it crashed silly.

Is it too complicated for you?

getalife on April 15, 2009 at 4:31 PM

Let me get this straight:

George Bush and the Republicans ruined our economy by spending too much money.

The economy crashed because of all the wasteful spending.

So the only way to fix it is to spend even more money.

Getalife, you are an economic savant. Brilliant! I don’t know why I didn’t see the logic of your argument before. Wasteful spending will of course cure a decade of wasteful spending.

Thank God we have people like you here to explain it to us.

patriette on April 15, 2009 at 4:37 PM

getalife on April 15, 2009 at 4:31 PM

Spending money on what? What in porkulus gets the economy going? There is not one item in porkulus that does anything but have a negative effect on the economy. Nothing in porkulus generates revenues justifying the outrageous spending.

It is obviously too complicated for you.

jdkchem on April 15, 2009 at 4:37 PM

Stay classy in fourth place, Turnerites.

FIFY.

JohnGalt23 on April 15, 2009 at 4:37 PM

Please explain your circular logic that the answer to recovering from “massive spending” is um, er, eh massive spending.

Joe Caps on April 15, 2009 at 4:33 PM

Because it’s a Democrat doing the spending, silly.

Doughboy on April 15, 2009 at 4:37 PM

The ugly face of the MSM.

RobCon on April 15, 2009 at 4:38 PM

depressions are the solution. They are the market correcting itself.

the problem is MALINVESTMENT caused by too much speculative caused by taking on too much debt.

bingsha on April 15, 2009 at 4:38 PM

bloggless on April 15, 2009 at 3:51 PM

As a matter of fact, yes they are.

Nuts4koi on April 15, 2009 at 4:38 PM

The gop plan was to let it fail after they destroyed our economy

getaclue on April 15, 2009 at 4:20 PM

OK, I’ll bite. Why would the GOP want to destroy the American economy?

Get back to me when Begala feeds you the correct talking point.

Del Dolemonte on April 15, 2009 at 4:35 PM

Can’t wait to see this answer.

ladyingray on April 15, 2009 at 4:39 PM

I see … exactly why did it crash? Because Bush spent too much?

darwin on April 15, 2009 at 4:34 PM

They chose to spend and it worked.

Move on.

getalife on April 15, 2009 at 4:39 PM

This is probably the same reporter they will send to the illegal immigration rallies on May 1st, and while throngs of illegals march by, along with anarchists and socialists, she will chirp about how oppressed they are and how we should just be ‘American’ and welcome them into our country…..in other words, grab your ankles.

HornetSting on April 15, 2009 at 4:39 PM

The fox news sponsored flop of the tea parties is just another con embarrassment.

Great comedy and highly entertaining.

getalife on April 15, 2009 at 3:32 PM

Hahaha! Great video!! Angry losers with sad signs and sadder rhetoric.

capitulus on April 15, 2009 at 3:37 PM

In related news… business at Hooters and Walmart is way down today.

benny shakar on April 15, 2009 at 3:40 PM

Correspondingly, sales of Ball Jars (to store urine) and Slim Jims are up today. The revolution’s a-comin. Best be prepared.

capitulus on April 15, 2009 at 3:45 PM

I think we can officially rename fox news to gop news now.

getalife on April 15, 2009 at 3:45 PM

After 8 years of flag-waving BS and a stammering former male cheerleader it’s time for the adults to take over.

If you don’t like it, move to Alaska.

capitulus on April 15, 2009 at 3:49 PM

Simple, there are a lot of ‘necks out there. You think those ‘necks are reading books? Nope – they’s watchin the teevee.

capitulus on April 15, 2009 at 3:50 PM

Yes. Beck is a weepy drunk.

capitulus on April 15, 2009 at 3:53 PM

Ohhh, recovering. Did Moroni come and tell him to ‘recover’ or was it Xenu?

capitulus on April 15, 2009 at 3:57 PM

Maybe it’s high time the ‘necks stop smoking.

capitulus on April 15, 2009 at 4:00 PM

The President is cleaning up your mess.

getalife on April 15, 2009 at 4:05 PM

When cons counter with childish insults, I win the argument.

getalife on April 15, 2009 at 4:10 PM

Observe the language of today’s elitist liberal…

Notice the intelligent discourse, the thoughtful rational name references.

Yes, here we see the sad creature at the top of its ineffectual game.

But we should not despise such creatures, instead, we should pity such specimens… pitching in to wipe the drool from their chin and clean the poop from their food bowls.

Yes, donate now to Liberals in Need. Someday, these people may be able to walk without their heads squeaking against their butt cheeks.

You know you’re over the target when you start taking flak.

Can’t you just smell their FEAR?

dominigan on April 15, 2009 at 4:39 PM

What a rude, obnoxious, condescending, patronizing little b*tch. I was talking about the reporter, not getalife…but one could scarcely tell the difference.

getalife, the Republicans did not destroy the economy, the Democrats did not cut spending or fix the economy and no one who supports Obama’s tripling the national debt even needs to talk spending anyway.

I do not know if getalife is dense, or just trying to be silly. But it was Clinton who made it easy to get money for loans, it was Clinton who signed legislation in 1999 to deregulate banks. It was the Democrats who took control of Congress in 2006 when the economy was growing and the deficit was 160 billion and look at it now.

So I think that is the problem with folks like getalife and this reporter, deep down inside they know they are full of it and they are just afraid everyone will figure it out too.

Terrye on April 15, 2009 at 4:40 PM

So according to getalife-Bush crashed the economy by spending money to fight the war on 2 fronts(Iraq & Afghanistan. But Obama is saving the economy by spending like mad on welfare/social programs, paying back the people who got him elected, and now fighting a war on 4 fronts(the pirates, and Pakistan). Okay I got it now. Fail.

canditaylor68 on April 15, 2009 at 4:40 PM

They chose to spend and it worked.

Move on.

getalife on April 15, 2009 at 4:39 PM

Who chose to spend? What worked?

I’m not moving on until you explain to me how Obama’s spending is the answer to all our woes when as you say, GOP spending is what got us into this.

If you can’t answer say so.

darwin on April 15, 2009 at 4:41 PM

dominigan on April 15, 2009 at 4:39 PM

Sweeeeeet…

ladyingray on April 15, 2009 at 4:42 PM

I’m sorry. wait. ROUGHED UP??? There were freaking GAPS IN THE CROWD. Did she trip on a wire? WTH?

Mommypundit on April 15, 2009 at 4:19 PM

In fairness, these are the same geniuses who scream “TORTURE!” if your gloveless hand passes korans to Gitmo detainees. They tend toward overwrought.
