We will extort money from private companies or governments where possible and we will intimidate, injure and murder as many people as we can. Our approach to the day to day life at sea is one of mayhem and piracy." It wasn't a popular saying and it didn't fit well on our t-shirts. Two phrases come to mind from my years in the Coast Guard
