Video: David Shuster can’t get enough of teabagging

posted at 5:35 pm on April 14, 2009 by Allahpundit

This makes not one, not two, but three segments in primetime to which MSNBC has devoted the fine art of the teabag pun, thereby proving that, despite the Foxies’ best efforts, FNC’s actually not the most biased network when it comes to tea-party coverage. Try as I might to manufacture some phony outrage at this display the way Shuster would surely have done if it aired on Fox, all I can muster is boredom — and grim amusement at the thought of what sorts of innuendo Olby would be lobbing at O’Reilly had he indulged in such idiocy. Still, give Shuster credit for the Dick Armey joke at the end. Sounds like he worked pretty hard on that one. Click the image to watch.

Stop lying. The reason you aren’t going is because you would be surrounded by people who don’t like sodomites.

No, just have a lot of years at the same place with a good vacation policy. I’m allowed to carry time over, plus I get comp time for doing business on weekends.

I bust my ass, so I’ve earned it.

JammieWearingFool on April 14, 2009 at 6:21 PM

You are reaping rewards from work? The Angry Liberal Bus is on its way. Turn off all the lights and get the kids inside.

They don’t make them like they used to. You got that mccainteabagger banned, didn’t you?

HornetSting on April 14, 2009 at 6:28 PM

Not that I recall. He just sort of faded away as he started spurning Palin after the election, and realized that 99% of everyone here was tired of someone attacking them for criticizing that grinning RINO idiot.

give Shuster credit for the Dick Armey joke at the end. Sounds like he worked pretty hard on that one

.

Which proves Shuster knows exactly what the term means! And of course, proves MSNBC hates conservatives.

The FCC will fine them in 3, 2, 1…..

TN Mom on April 14, 2009 at 6:52 PM

I had that type of humor when I was in junior high.

V15J on April 14, 2009 at 6:52 PM

And Schuster was teabagged by Rachel Madcow during the break. Oblergas has film.

JetBoy on April 14, 2009 at 6:35 PM

Really, please do grow up already. Jetboy is probably more of a conservative than you are and his being gay shouldn’t be an issue in this or any other discussion. It is a personal issue and you (nor anyone else) has the right to judge him.

If homosexuality is right or wrong is not for us to say, that is for a higher authority so please stick to the topic at hand, which is why the left is scared of the upcoming tea-parties to the point they are acting like immature high school kids by calling our conservative tea party protests tea-bagging!

Liberty or Death on April 14, 2009 at 6:57 PM

The Orkin man talks about vermin a lot, also. Your point?

platypus on April 14, 2009 at 6:47 PM

So you’re an exterminator?

Somehow, I’m not surprised at the comparison. You compare people you disagree with to rodents. Now who else did that?

MadisonConservative on April 14, 2009 at 6:59 PM

Who’s David Shuster? Probably someone who’s been teabagged a lot.

jaime on April 14, 2009 at 7:09 PM

I use really deep tea cups, do they make “lowhanger” teabags?

americaslaststand on April 14, 2009 at 7:12 PM

How about a sign for tomorrow that says, “Teabag the Stimulus”?

RedRedRice on April 14, 2009 at 7:14 PM

You’ve got to admit its pretty funny when fox teabaggers smugly reference their coverage of events that happened before fox existed.

However, the real question is whether or not disgraced Senator Larry Craig is welcome at your teabagging meet-ups?

benny shakar on April 14, 2009 at 7:15 PM

That wasn’t that funny, they need better writers at MSNBC. Actually they need better everything at MSNBC. Imus was making jokes about his hairy old tea bagging….. never mind it was a lot funnier then Shuster’s pathetic attempt. It might be the delivery because Shuster doesn’t come off as having much of a sense of humor or very witty. I already got from his “Pimpin Chelsea Out” comment, that he had his urban speak down.

That’s correct I have an 11 year old, that is more creative then David Shuster or his teleprompter’s writer.

THAN…not “then” Than/Then difference

Sorry to be a grammar Nazi poster, but I can just see the media using that to mock your son. Please don’t take this the wrong way. I’m just tryin’ to help. :-)

/sarc

CWforFreedom on April 14, 2009 at 7:37 PM

The insipid liberal bias of MSNBC is one thing, but do they really think this sophomoric humor is clever? or or even funny?

I mean, really?

This is the kind of horseshit I giggled about when I was eleven.

And these guys control the media in this country…cripes.

cruadin on April 14, 2009 at 7:46 PM

Most msnbc viewers are Obama koolaid morons. But not all. And there are probably a few thousand out there who had no clue what the tea parties were all about. Had MSNBC just kept quiet about it, those people would never have found out. But by doing the teabag joke ad nauesum, Im sure a few people did some more research and will attend after finding out what that they’re all about.

So I saw we all send David and Rachel and Olby a thank you note tomorrow.

angryed on April 14, 2009 at 7:49 PM

The irony is that the folks at MSNBC are the kind of people that have likely fallen victim to an abusive tea bagging. “David, are those balls in your mouth?” Yes mam “Well did you bring enough for the rest of the class” [howls of laughter]

Stickeehands on April 14, 2009 at 8:11 PM

David Shuster talks big but prior to losing his show he was begging on his Twitter for viewers, promising at one point “maybe balloons or tee-shirts”. I fail to see why we should suffer ANYthing he has to say as even the moonbats who might have wanted Balloons or tee-shirts obviously didn’t come through for him.

Marcus on April 14, 2009 at 8:16 PM

This is all quite hypocritical of MSNBC, because if anyone sucks balls – it’s them.

swash_plate on April 14, 2009 at 8:24 PM

That is shocking.

Isnt it possible for somebody to register a complaint to embarrass these clowns?

The Wall on April 14, 2009 at 8:42 PM

He’s a small guy and a douche. I have a feeling that Shuster got his ass kicked a lot in high school.

keepinitreal on April 14, 2009 at 8:42 PM

Their childish giggling over the word teabagging makes me believe they only know what it is in theory and not actual practice.

Which isn’t surprising. Though I do feel some pity; it is pretty pathetic when Rachel Maddow has the biggest set in the room.

Lori_Z on April 14, 2009 at 8:43 PM

Cant handle teh nasal.

aquaviva on April 14, 2009 at 8:47 PM

Fox News has hit a new low (if that is possible) by promoting these tea parties.

getalife on April 14, 2009 at 8:49 PM

A) I will not follow AP’s juvenile link to this piece of garbage, and

2) Scheister can’t let this go because he’s been dreaming about a story his whole career that enables him to discuss sucking men’s balls on the air.

You apparently do not understand the concept of “a new low”. Maybe you should read the story again, wanker.

Hypocrisy, thy name is liberal.

You’re sure it’s not just calcified drool?

hillbillyjim on April 14, 2009 at 10:10 PM

Democrat rules for radicals:

though shall stifle all dessent.

Funny how the free speech advocates ALWAYS stifle free speech unless you agree with their point of view.

dthorny on April 14, 2009 at 10:24 PM

So, the current state of affairs is that the Democrat Press Office (i.e. the MSM) is just fine calling Republican (or mainly Republican) protesters testicle-suckers.

It appears the left doesn’t want to work with the right anymore.

Is that what I’m getting here? Because we can play it that way.

But when one group says “we thing both taxes and spending are too high,” and the other group says “you people are all testicle-suckers,” cooperation may be a thing of the past.

If they ever had any, the Democrats have lost all respect for America, for the political process, and for anyone who disagrees with them.

And I’ve pretty much lost all respect for the Democrats as a result. Any Democrats who think this might be a bit rude, now’s the time to speak up. You know, like you might if a bunch of reporters on Fox started referring to Cabinet meetings as “Blowjob Parties.”

Or is everyone on the left just an insufferable hypocritical jackass? Is that how this is? Sure looks like it.

Merovign on April 14, 2009 at 10:37 PM

Juvenile.

Yeah, but it’s David Shuster. And MSNBC. Probably 1,364 people at most saw it.

ddrintn on April 14, 2009 at 11:42 PM

Shyster Shuster grates on my nerves. He’s the type of guy that would be the first thrown overboard the life raft when the water ran low.

Definitely the one in the animal herd cast aside because the females continuously rebuffed his advances.

I’ll probably get on an Homeland Security list for that…..

roninacreage on April 14, 2009 at 10:01 PM

Funniest thing I’ve read all day.

FireBlogger on April 14, 2009 at 11:55 PM

David Shuster couldn’t speculate on what he ate last night, much less what a much smarter man like Neal Cavuto had in mind.

afotia on April 15, 2009 at 2:31 AM

It’s not going to be funny for these idiots if Obama is replaced with a President who will actually conform to the United States Constitution, ie. the Tenth Amendment…

Progressivism and statism must be exposed and destroyed.

By the way, Shuster always looks brave tossing out his stupidity from behind a desk at Moonbat Central…Bet he’s not so snarky on the subway………..
