Mr. Obama has taken Narcissus to a new level. He is mesmerized by his own words. He wields no delusions of his own grandeur.

She doesn’t seem to notice: Obama clearly does not know these things that everyone else knows; and his whole policy (from ‘reset’ to slobbering over the mullahs and everything else) is all about deliberately un-knowing what this nation has known and stood for.

Modern liberals are incredibly ignorant of history because they are so focused on the “here and now”. Their view is that if it’s change it has to be good. They’re not interested in whether similar programs have been tried and either failed or succeeded in the past, nor are they interested in what happens over the middle or long term. It’s only what satisfies me now.

What a laugh. I have to listen to lefties come on here and yammer about Hiroshima and you are talking about how the GOP blames Carter. I blame him. We are still paying for his incompetence and unearned self regard. If he had dealt with Iran then, we might not be dealing with it today.

You can call this an echo chamber, but it is not nearly as closed minded as Kos and HuffPo and places like that. Why not just go away if you don’t like it here? No one will stop you.

Obama of course is a narcissist. So he believes that all he has to do is flutter his eyelashes and the Russians are going to drool all over themselves and hump his thigh. That might work for capitulus here, but not the Ruskies.

Moron. The French helped the United States for one reason: they hated the British. And in fact we almost got in a war with France not long after the Revolution because the new US government did not let them run the country. Lafayette even ended up in a French prison for awhile.
