Unless the other guy didn’t get more votes. I think that’s the issue here which Coleman is addressing.

Besides, Coleman has precedent for not conceding — Franken’s behavior when he was behind.

The courts will sort this stuff out, and the precedents don’t look good for Franken.

Doh! Coleman was called the winner on election night.

But I have always thought that Coleman was a very good man and none of those allegations seem to have any real footing.

Although Obama would come close to meeting his goal of cutting in half the deficit he inherited by the end of his first term, the CBO predicts that deficits under his policies would exceed 4 percent of the overall economy over the next 10 years, a level White House budget director Peter R. Orszag yesterday acknowledged would “not be sustainable.”

The result, according to the CBO, would be an ever-expanding national debt that would exceed 82 percent of the overall economy by 2019 — double last year’s level — and threaten the nation’s financial stability.

The “process” that the US Supreme Court stopped was that in which the Florida Supreme Court was violating Florida Election Laws in a desperate attempt to throw the state election to Gore…changing the rules from day-to-day, whenever the latest recount result didn’t give them the Democrats the result they wanted.

“Recount the votes from these counties. Gore still doesn’t win? Then recount the ones with the chads still attached at two points. Still not enough? Let’s see…”

Of course, we’d all love to see your evidence that the US Supreme Court acted improperly.
