It will be interesting to see what the republicans do this next cycle. They need a Newt Gingrich type person to organize like the “Contract with America” styled around Mark Levin conservatism.

To me, conservatism is grounded in common sense and a realistic understanding of human nature. If given the chance, thinking people will relate. Unfortunately, the mindless hoards of numbskulls in the American electorate are growing in size everysday, and the numbers will ultimately drown out the quality citizens of this country. They will be replaced by the helpless intellectually handicapt that will depend on Government for life itself.

Look around, you can see it happening already.

If we stand together behind people like McCain or Rudy or Huckabee we won’t be much better off than with Obama or Clinton – it’ll just be a choice between left and leftier, especially with the congress controlled by the likes of Pelosi, Reid, Dodd, and their big-brother Republican counterparts. Picture the California legislature – where the Republicans are not only outnumbered by socialists, they can’t even stand by their own principles and promises to oppose any new taxes. If the Republicans act like Democrats, who needs them? Who cares?

This party NEEDS a fight – a revolution to weed out the sell-outs and fakers. If it doesn’t happen, the Republican party will become completely irrelevant.

Levin’s too snarky for me. Maybe I’ll read a free copy at the library.

They recently have fallen behind on keeping that updated regularly. They get behind a week or so then catch back up. I LOVE that they don’t include commercials, although Id listen to those too as long as the show remained free.

No wonder he is growing so fast.

We need to stop sniping at each other? Oh that’s rich. McCain spent 8 years cozying up to Democrats, wallowing in the good press he got for bashing his own party, like a pig in sh*t; and yes, sniping at his own party. Suddenly, the bigoted morons of the right were good enough for him when he needed their vote. I’m glad he lost Terrye, although I’m sure the lesson of it is completely lost on you. You’re still sipping the media Kool-aid that the GOP needs to be liked by the Democrats. Do you see them worrying about being liked by us? Do you see them running ‘mavericks’ to lead their party?
You can’t unify behind a troublemaker who made his bones p*ssing on his party. You also can’t run an uncharismatic old fart who sounds like he’s campaigning for his opponent. But hey, go modify your principles; go see if Meghan McCain will run for the GOP in 2012. Or run Specter. Get your a** handed to you again, and blame the conservatives.
