Per legislation, we need a sponsor and lobby to motivate awareness and response. Write your Congressmen and Senators to prepare the groundwork for impending impeachment of Socialists aborting Constitutional Government frameworks and protocols.

Per Court Case, we need a sponsor that the Court will recognize to champion the Constitution and challenge Obama’s over reach of Presidential authority as stated within the Constitution that he is obliged to protect and defend, but instead is destroying.

We need to renounce the bail-out legislation as unconstitutional, and turn on our legislators to rescind their gross error in judgment, passing unconstitutional laws without even reading them, and the President signing unconstitutional laws that he demanded immediate passage only to claim he had no idea what he asked for.

Rod Beckstrom, the DHS national cybersecurity chief resigned March 16th in protest of Obama’s tyranny of intrusive observation disregarding citizens’ rights. Those who booted him out attempted to taint his character, but in fact ennobled him for asserting Constitutional limits to the Department of Homeland Security and his job specifically, rather than asserting Washingtonian gluttony in order to avoid “personality conflicts” and just get along by going along with Obama.

Beckstrom wouldn’t conform to conducting the erosion of our Constitutional liberties. In his own way, he parallels Sir Thomas More who refused to endorse corruption of authority merely to court the King’s fleeting favor.

This week Obama proposed granting his Cybersecurity Chief authority to shut down any network (or website) that conflicts with the President’s message. No critical journalism tolerated.

There’s that, but there’s also the fact that independents, who gave Obama (and earlier gave the Congressional Dems) his margin of victory and now looking at dividing the government again, like when Clinton was in office. Ace of Spades had a link to a poll the other day showing that independents were wary of Obama and Congress spending so much. A lot will depend on how districts are configured for 2010, i.e. are they gerrymandered enough to protect basically every incumbent, though. There’s also some movement on “states rights” by the states themselves, although I don’t know how far that will or can go.

The fundamental thing to remember is that no matter how much generic support there is for Dems’ positions on issues, that support only exists because Dems lie about how it’ll all be paid for (“tax the rich”).

Take it to the courts! Demand our Constitutional rights restoration that Socialist Democrats have trampled to destroy, ignoring voter constituent calls made to representatives and senators, some of whom were elected via voter fraud. No government has the right to coerce its nation into bankruptcy by over taxation and over spending and federal abuse of powers limited by the Constitution.

Take it to your legislators to prepare impeachment of Obama, Pelosi and Reid now. Get the records straight before they are destroyed, revised or removed from public access.

DEFINITELY take it to the polls and voting booth. Unleash our patriotic response to Obama’s persistent corruption of our Constitution and our Constitutional Government.
