Conyers wants a probe because ACORN supporters currently control the government. ACORN will be cleared by Congress and that will be used against anyone who criticizes ACORN afterwards. ACORN will become untouchable and well-funded with billions of our tax dollars.

What Conyers is doing is flying cover by calling all the ACORN reps to Congress, immunizing the testimony, and thus preventing anyone from being prosecuted. Sure, the committee report will emit all the right notes of horror and disgust, but as far as anyone actually being able to DO anything legally, game over.

I can’t wait to see how ACORN totally devastates the upcoming Census. In favor of the purely partisan Democrats of course.

Knowing ACORN will be involved in the next US Census in any way, shape, or form with the next Census being unusually important this time around has GOT to be an enticing possibility for some enterprising ethical investigative journalists. That is, if any still exist.
