Remember this tool? Suuuure you do. Given his penchant for unctuous filibustering and Killer Kelly’s flair for third-degree theatrics, this was the most predictable trainwreck shoutfest since O’Reilly went toe to toe with Barney Frank. I can only assume that’s why Fox booked him; there’s no value to this apart from the rubbernecking quotient.
In case you don’t make it to the end, yes, she does indeed end up cutting his mike. Exit question: Did I miss it or did Killer not manage to get in a question about this?

Allah has this exactly correct, this is about creating a shouting match, not having a debate, not providing a “fair and balanced” presentation of ACORN. It’s about putting an openly conservative anchor against the GOP’s version of the Rush Limbaugh attack, make ACORN stand in for ALL liberals/dems/progressives everywhere. Either way the larger point remains. If its such an open and shut case, why can’t Kelly and Fox et al be civil with ACORN reps? Jon Stewart was civil to Jim Cramer as he slowly and with video evidence ripped the guy to shreds over the course of the week. I can’t believe that the research team at Fox is lazier than it is on the Daily Show (though the evidence keeps bearing that out over and over again).
The problem is that while he’s a bit of a dick the ACORN guy is ultimately correct. There’s no such thing as “voter registration fraud.” ACORN, by law, is required to turn in all disputed ballos. As an extra courtesy they flagged forms they suspected as fraudulent. The ACORN workers who were indicted/plead guilty were employees paid by the form, not ACORN upper management.

Yes they are ALSO a politically connected “interest group.” But so are investment banks. ACORN seems to get more ire from Fox News than anyone in the financial sector as if ACORN ’s minor indescretions on an individual basis are equivalent to what that sector has done to life savings.

First, let me say that I love Megyn Kelly and I like the chemistry that she and Hemmer have. They are more amusing and less cloying than the Fox and Friends crew.
Second, she looked a wee bit skanky today. Ultra low-cut leopard print and silver eyeshadow is wrong on anyone other than hookers and guests of Maury Povich. Maybe their ratings are slipping and she needs to keep the male viewers from turning the channel? Stay classy Megyn and I mean that with no sarcasm.
Third, I saw this in real-time and had to pause my DVR until it was over. The two of them were like fingernails on a chalkboard. This new trend of inviting a controversial guest on the show and then yelling at them for 10 minutes is getting tedious. When my kids start yelling over each other this way, I stick them in time out and then flip a coin to see who will lie to me first. I agree that Cavuto handles this sort of thing better than Megyn, Hannity, or O’Reilly.
Fourth, Megyn really needs to reconsider her spat with Britney Spears. It is sooooo far beneath her. Just report on the train wreck and leave it at that.

ACORN exists solely to further the efforts of the Democratic Party. Their GOTV effort last fall was designed merely to facilitate voter fraud, and Obama wants to bring them into the census process solely to facilitate the fabrication of census data that’s helpful to the Democrats.

It seemed all he wanted to do was scream about the right wing conspiracy and read his note from Obama. I answered every relevant question, and surprise…I stopped responding to the fighting keybored warriors pretending to be military.
I didn’t post a single thing that a real vet or active duty soldier would object to. Just the armchair warriors hoping our military falls into Obot hands objected to my rejection of the snide swipes at our brave military and talk about resigning commissions.
