AP, you were right to refer to Gibbs as a ‘spokestool’, not because of the language, but because of everything else. Did he ever come close to addressing the question?

The guy asks whether we going to give “tax cuts to those who most deserve it [or] tax cuts who have done well over the past 8 years.”
They clearly see these groups as mutually exclusive and that hard workers who achieve success are not “deserving” simply because they have done well. We have horrible, ridiculous, stupid people leading our country.
