Today, on the Ed Morrissey Show (3 pm ET), we’ll take a look at the past week with Duane “Generalissimo” Patterson of the Hugh Hewitt Show. Duane and I will try to count the nomination fumbles in the Obama administration already, and check to see whether they’ve moved off of “one” at Treasury. Why does the Most Uniquely Qualified Man need an understudy? What really sunk Chas Freeman? All of this and more — and stay tuned for a preview of tonight’s Hugh Hewitt Show.

Update: We will also be joined by the former Commander of the USS Cole, Kirk Lippold, speaking on behalf of Military Familes United. Cmdr. Lippold will talk to us about the recent confrontation between the US and China in the South China Sea, and will also discuss Gitmo and his views on the Obama policies of closure and release.

Once again, the recorded version of the Week in Review show hangs up about nine minutes in. To be precise, the audio freezes at 08:43 and the video a few seconds earlier. I have tried it three times, twice on ustream.tv and once here with precisely the same result.

I thought that it was just my computer… happens to the recorded versions, and it’s darned frustrating. Even restarting the computer doesn’t help. The live shows are no problem.
