With Rush’s ratings up 32% in the first quarter off a base of a 20m-22m listening audience that would mean that Rush now has about 28-29m people listening to him now; that would be about 9-10% of the popn.

Think before you write.
I think only about 5% of the population is devoted to Rush. A conservative politician needs their votes enough to be nice to Rush, but he still has to get another 46% to win.

I don’t think you understand the way the Dems make decisions. This wasn’t the best submission, it was the one that was most fair to all the submitters. They wouldn’t want to pick one that lowered the self-esteem of all the stupid people who sent in ideas. My guess is this wasn’t the dumbest idea either (that would imply a kind of negative elitism and would be unfair to all the people who couldn’t achieve such extremes of brainlessness). It was probably the most average.

Surely there’s another billboard (for real) near this one.

Poor getalife, really digs the mushroom fodder when it comes to the Obummer administration.

There was no Bush depression because the USA was not even in a deep recession. There was a situation that was caused by Carter, Clintion and yes by a very young Obummer because of his links and work with ACORN. The history of this failure stems from ACORN activism and Obummer is right in the middle of it.

The attack on Rush Limburgh is really so very stupid. However, in their attempt to attack Limburgh the Dumbos have not even been able to see that the slogan is a bit of a backhand at Obummer. He has wasted no time dragging the USA into the claws of an ever deepening recession. He talked down the economy just as Kevin Krudd in Oz talked down the economy. His push to get all that pork through was just disgusting. There was not thought that went into the process. He has signed a bill that will have disastrous consequences long term and dimwits like getalife just cannot see it.

So Limbaugh is more popular than that politician. That’s not Limbaugh’s problem.

Right, because when Democrats say the war in Iraq is lost, not that we are losing it, but that it’s lost, before the surge even starts, it’s not divisive rhetoric, it’s standing up for your principles. When a memo comes out after 9/11 from the DNC that “we have to make sure Bush gets no traction out of this,” it’s not divisive rhetoric.

But when Rush says he doesn’t want Obama to succeed at turning the U.S. into France, but he wants EVERY AMERICAN to succeed and the country with them, that’s divisive rhetoric. Bet getalife has never listened to Rush. She should for one week and see where his heart really is.
