It seems Bill Clinton gave China eminent domain rights to our national parks already. Precedent Obama merely sent Hillary to hand China title of ownership to the rest of America to fill in the blanks as they see fit. Nothing new, just more progression of Global Socialist audacity.

The Czars appointed their own ministers and disposed of them at will. All who were not of noble blood were serfs, property of the “noble” land owners who themselves were the Czar’s subjects. A subject’s “citizenship” as we know it from Western Europe never existed under Peter the Great or subsequent Czars or even under totalitarian Communism in Russia.
