I never said that he “dissed” anyone. I said that Barack Obama became the first U.S. president to skip out on the Salute to Heroes Inaugural Ball since its inception in 1953. You said that I lied. I gave you proof. Case closed.

I’m not going to listen to the speech, I heard enough about it on the radio. I heard that he got through half an hour without saying the words “victory” or “win” or “democracy” in the entire speech. Instead he just told the troops how sad their suffering was, and how much we appreciated them as people. This man is bad news, America.

I actually listened to it this morning. I thought it was good coming from a liberal who basically said everything just the opposite of what he said during the campaign. It’s worth hearing for yourself just for the chuckles knowing how the wingnuts have been betrayed. He is one slippery politician but I’m glad to see he is pulling the military out from under the bus and sticking Reid and Pelosi under it where they belong.

Anyway… “got the job done”. Isn’t that another way of saying “Mission Accomplished”?

It’s nice that you quote something without attributing it to the original source. Did you write it yourself? You previously tried to quote yourself as a source to support your argument and then got huffy when I called you on it. I take it you failed to actually go to see the videos I pointed you to or researched the American Legion information I pointed you to. My guess is your unnamed source if not yourself cutting and pasting half the truth from a legitimate site is anothe blogger. There is no credibility in your position and any educated person can see that. I’m not sure what your point is except to try to take a positive action Obama makes and turn it into a negative. Thats why you lost credibility. You beat a dead horse then beat it some more. You are deliberately distorting the truth and you know it. It’s too bad your credibility is shot because it is apparent that you have been blind to the truth from the get go by choice. May I ask why? What are you afraid of? I think Obama and Oprah and all the other left-leaning folks pity the troops like they pity all the other identity groups. To them, calling someone a victim is the highest compliment.

Oprah visited Walter Reed and it was a big pity fest. She just couldn’t understand how they would “do it all again” even if it resulted in injury. No matter how many times she tried to get a bitter answer, she couldn’t. But she finally found one lady who feels sorry for herself, and she put her on the show in a starring role. Yuck!
