Judge for yourself. Here, again, is the “oh god” crack, and below it a reference he made to the GOP having “outsourced” the rebuttal to Jindal. A racist jibe at Jindal’s Indian heritage? Nah. I’m sure it’s innocent.

Then ask him the H1/L1 question with a straight face. Ask him if any certain pro-H1/L1/* have approached him.

Then we know where he stands.

You are on to something here. Matthews, on the evening of Jindal’s rebuttal, said repeatedly that the GOP was “outsourcing” the rebuttal duties to Jindal. That was a thinly-veiled dig at Jindal’s Indian heritage. I didn’t hear anyone talking about that choice of words, but that is what should be front and center.

Matthews is a DISGUSTING, RACIST PIG. He is a TOOL, a HACK, and a CLOWN. MSNBC’s wardrobe department should furnish him with a red rubber nose and floppy, oversized shoes. Or maybe, even more fitting, with a Grand Dragon costume.

The anti-bellum look? That translated from the Latin as the “anti-war look”. Of the 60′s perhaps? I think our esteemed reporter meant the “antebellum” look. I agree with Matthews to the extent that many Repubs in Congress aren’t writing or supporting conservative legislation or any real fiscal conservatism. Look how much pork the Repubs put into the latest ‘bill’. Considering this, I’m glad that the GOP ‘outsourced’ the response to Obama’s State of the Obama nation speech.
The OMG comment betrays his extreme bi-ass.

But it wasn’t some sort of “set”.
Jindal was speaking from the front entrance of Louisiana’s governor’s mansion.
That is the way the place looks.

Many of you are referring to Matthews as a tool of the left. I’m just wondering if you realize that Matthews is as hated on lefty blogs as he is here.

I mean, this is the guy who said people would like Fred Thompson because you can smell the cigar smoke on him. He’s incredibly shallow (those of you who criticize him for having a man-crush on Obama are correct) and is simply lousy at his job.

Allah, don’t know if any of the many posts have mentioned ths, but you seem to have picke up a misspelling for your headline. It’s not “anti-bellum,” which would mean something like “against war.” The proper spelling is “ante-bellum” which usually refers, as it would in this case, to the period before the Civil War.

It’s so nice to see Allah give Matthews the benefit of the doubt when it comes to bigotry but not to his faithful readers when they make fun of/don’t care about Hitch’s beating. Warms my heart to know we rank above Tingle on the bigotry meter in AP’s book.
