In fact, I’ll go one better, I’ll suggest where we can release these fine upstanding abused people. Anyone object to them being released in San Francisco? How about Los Angeles? They would find plenty of help in San Francisco, all they would have to do is chant Death to America and a crowd would form around them cheering them on. In Los Angeles, they would probably end up in a Gang area, say South Central, or East LA, where they could meet those fine folks.

But, he has one hell of an battle on this issue. That little election thingie we had, and Obama’s being sworn in (twice) sort of puts the advantage in the Obama court (no pun intended) as that vote and swearing in pretty much made him President.

[One has to consider the effects of the USSC or Congress tossing him out, now, as ineligible. Or, on the other hand, the Congress refusing to toss him out should the documents show he was not qualified. Given the Obama vetting process and their wonderful batting average on that one...this is a can of worms I'd like to not see opened in many ways. The collateral damage would be grave.]

Do I believe that are certain discrepancies regarding Obama’s status as a US citizen? Yes. There is a lot of anecdotal evidence to support a lot of it. The stonewalling by the Obama camp and the courts, too, along the way. If Obama would just release the full and complete document cache…might go a long way toward that “transparency” garbage he keeps talking about. You know, lead by example.

Anyway…back to our wonderful new program to simply just release terrorists…I heard that Ayers is the new Gitmo Czar.

Legally, if the officer resigned, the courts could then say he had no “standing” to bring the suit. CATCH-23.

Technically, he is endangering his career, but this is the only way he can legally challenge Obama’s credentials.

I think the FBI must have vetted Obama’s birth certificate sufficiently, and that nothing will come of these challenges, but the soldier’s free to bang his head against whatever legalistic wall he wants if he has any doubts about the Barry H. vetting process.

There have been crooks in the FBI and other government security and intelligence agencies as well as in Congress, so they are not to be blindly trusted.

But it is most likely Obama was born in Hawaii, and his policies should be fought, now, not will-o-the-wisps.

That active duty Army officer has just violated Article 88 of the UCMJ. Whether or not his Command will open an Article 32 investigation is at the discretion of his commanding officer, or the next highest military judicial authority.
