Why don’t you get a little backbone Allah and trying lending a little support to people like Santelli and Glenn Beck. If you can’t get on board with them, then why not at least try to be neutral? Beck and Santelli are ringing some alarm bells that need to be rang, and your smug comments with the implication that they are “off” or over the top are not helpful.

We are here to be heard but peaceful, so we must make specific points for this to be a successful event. I have chosen four points that I believe need to be made that will greatly affect us all in the future. If the media wants to interview you please stick to these talking points. We must present a united, professional, organized image or the media will make our image for us and it won’t be favorable.

1. Broken Promises: The President and the leaders of the House and Senate have violated their solemn promises that the bill would be available for several days of public review prior to voting, so that the American people might have a chance to learn what is in the bill and to make their views known to their elected officials. Act responsibly and repeal the Congressional Theft Act of 2009 and let the American people voice their opinion before you vote or resign your position as our representatives.

2. Damages Our Founding Fathers Philosophies: Bailing out states that have spent irresponsibly by their elected officials at the expense of taxpayers in states that have been fiscally responsible.

3. Housing Bail Out: Those of us who both pay our mortgages and pay our taxes, while we are working hard and playing by the rules, there were a lot of irresponsible people spending more than they had and getting in way over their heads, and now those irresponsible people are having to be bailed out by the people that are responsible and playing by the rules.

4. Repeal Of Welfare To Work Program: Repeals the bipartisan and highly successful welfare reforms of 1996 and drastically expands the welfare state. It rewards states for adding people to their welfare rolls, rather than for helping them find gainful employment. Contrary to long-established practice, it will entitle able-bodied adults without children to receive cash assistance and encourages irresponsibility.

When you are making signs for this event please let them reflect these four talking points, the message is clear

Taking responsibility for yourself and expecting the same of your elected officials.

My frustration level drives me to a kind of energized distraction (my productivity usually rises though) consequently there are times I’m ready to either fight like hell or quit in the same hour. Fighting like hell is my nature, and it inevitably wins.

I vote “no way” also. Santelli is so telling it straight that I had to look twice to verify it was CNBC and not Fox. If only the MSM had been half as honest during the election cycle (and previous 8 years) we wouldn’t be sliding into socialism as we are now.

The political power of the Democrats was preserved by a timely reduction of gas prices in the fall of 2008; another twenty-five cents a gallon increase, and both congressional Democrats and Obama would have gone down in a sea of angry voters chanting “drill, baby, drill!” A twenty-percent tax hike on the middle class, along with economic collapse caused by top earners avoiding even more draconian tax hikes, will make them ready to hear what Republicans have to say. Even then, victory will not be assured, but at least the battle will be joined.
