I’m thinking Chicago as part of the stimulus plan. Didn’t Blago mention something like this on one of those tapes in between expletives in return for a few campaign contributions? I am still trying to figure out who in the hell decided that non US citizens, NOT living in the US, but committing crimes against the US soldiers as well as citizens of whatever hell hole they do live in, should have US Constitutional rights! I always thought the the Constitution was for the US, NOT the entire world!

Well, you have Ruth Bader Ginsberg, John Paul Stephens, Stephen Breyer, and David Souter on the Supreme Court, who routinely decide that the Constitution says whatever the Daily Kos wants it to say this month. Against their reflexive perfidy, you have Anton Scalia, John Roberts, Clarence Thomas, and Samuel Alito who actually read the Constitution and try to interpret what it says.

So, the decision actually falls to the 9th justice on the Supreme Court, Anthony Kennedy. He seems to decide using chicken parts. You can blame him for that little momentary insanity that we all now have to live with (and some of will probably die with.)
