Alert the Media: KKMS
posted at 2:00 pm on February 18, 2009 by Ed Morrissey
I’ll be appearing on local Minneapolis station KKMS at 4 pm CT today to discuss the politics of the day with my friends Lee and Jeff. They have an Internet stream, so jump in and listen to the discussion. I’ll be doing this on a monthly basis this year, and we have a lot of fun in the discussions.
I’ll bet we’ll hit these topics:
- The Pelosi-Pope Smackdown
- The Obama mortgage meltdown
- The Coleman-Franken lowdown
Find out at 4 pm CT!

You’re a good looking fellow, Ed, from some of your other headshots. You really ought to get a real, current headshot and use that on the FP.

How bout the Dead chimp cartoon being racist?
The Stim bill and the dead chimp.
Considering how the writing and passage of that bill
People were not allowed it BEFORE voting on it.
This stifled the debate (hint: there wasn’t a debate)
And the population did not get to see it for the PROMISED 5 days, allowing “citizens to “chime in on it”
What a got from the cartoon was
That poster of 3 chimps with
“hear no evil” Like allowing “citizens to “chime in on it”
“speak no evil” No debate on the bill
“see no evil” not allowed to see the bill BEFORE voting on it.
Or as Jon Stewart said:
“Obama is not upset about the cartoon that calls him a Muslim extremist”
. “Who gets upset about cartoons?”
“Muslim extremists”

Three wise monkeys
Today “See no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil” is commonly used to describe someone who doesn’t want to be involved in a situation, or someone willfully turning a blind eye to the immorality of an act in which they are involved.

Kinda fits with my interpretation
