It’s sad to say that this thread starts looking like Ethopia, or even Belfast in the day. The fight is no longer about Liberalism vs Conservativism, or even Socialism vs Capitalism. It’s about RELIGION (including secularism). It’s come to this in the land of the free, home of the brave, free speech, and right to worship, or not, without interference. I don’t care what side you’re on but when YOUR religious views or LACK of religious views trumps the goals and principals of your logic on policy and political matters that effect the whole, you lose me, and frankly you’ll lose the Republic ‘for which it stands’. All kidding or not kidding aside, this makes me sad.

On another note, MadCon, I take back my previous apology. I was right to take your comments criticizing me as I did. Your comments, even when addressed by others and laughed off by you then eventually laughed off by them, were awful. Do me a favor please, if I say something here you don’t like don’t bother addressing me. I won’t be reading them anyway. And as the rabid dog with a bone that you are, if you choose to make a snide comment here about this comment it will be left unanswered. So have at it if it will serve to soothe your weak ego and pride.

AP, all kidding aside, I find it less than amusing and wryly interesting that a person who would comment to another commentor to die or kill themselves multiple times would not even rise to the level of an admonishment. The interesting part is that the person saying such vile things is a supporter of your position in this thread. I wonder if MM knows what is happening with the inmates running the asylum and whether she thinks those types of flame wars appropriate. I actually find it disgusting.

Here’s what I know word-of-mouth about the Syrian Nazis: They’re actual Nazis, first of all, having taken inspiration from Hitler and sporting a modified swastika on their posters and flags….However, they have the backing of Syria, and they do, when called upon, murder people.

Good thing Obama wants to make nice with Syria, huh? I mean, after all, they’re moderates, right?

I’m actually peering out from the gunport of my bunker, red-eyed from stress and lack of sleep, talking to my assault rifle as if it’s human and arranging hand-grenades in a smiley face pattern on the floor.
