Burris has nothing to worry about. He is a member of the emerging socialist ruling class. As such, the laws and rules you and I must adhere to do not apply to him.

Besides, he is black and has a “D” behind his name, and that is still as good as a get-out-of-jail-free card.

I knew there was a problem when this clown showed up with his lawyer.

My idea:
1) Unlimited and unrestricted campaign donations with instant disclosure.
2) All donations verified to real and legal citizens (i.e., not like what Obama did).
3) Out of power campaigns can pay candidates a salary equal to the office they are running for (i.e., the opposing candidate can be a full-time politician too).

This is how it works, Chicagostyle:

Burris was a seriously-flawed candidate, but a black man had to be named to replace Teleprompter Jesus in the U.S. Senate.

Burris is too weak to win re-election in the inevitable blowback during the November 2010 election.

So, the Dems get on their high Trojan horse and get rid of Burris and nominiate a candidate who will permanently get re-elected: JJ Jr.

300 million people in this country, and these are the characters we have to represent us.

I weep for our country when I reflect how much we have squandered.
