Boulder cracks me up. The average price of a home surrounding Boulder high is about $800,000 and if you’re not eating overpriced organic food and riding a $2,000 mountain bike you’re just not getting it. In a town that is 98% white and one of the most educated towns in America they claim diversity and multiculti is the holy grail.

Boulder is a VERY wealthy town… the housing values there are 2-3 times what they are for any neighboring municipality (I live about 20 minutes down the road). A friend just bought a house for over $200k that is slightly less than 700 square feet in living space.

Your friend is a fool then. In a year it will be worth $100K.

Oh wait never mind. Boulder is different. Just like Las Vegas, Phoenix, LA, San Diego, Miami, Atlanta, Boston, DC were all different and immune from the laws of supply and demand.

Fortunately, the new get-tough DA who doesn't offer first class airfare and wine-and-dine service to child molesters who claim to know something about Jon-Benet Ramsey's murder will apparently happily be prosecuting these two as adults.
