Count her in, I guess, for kicking them out of the caucus. As I’m writing this, Bob Casey’s blathering about something or other on MSNBC and I’m reminded that the guy whom he replaced in the Senate was no squish. Neither was the guy whom Jim Webb replaced, nor the guy whom Claire McCaskill replaced, nor the guy whom Jeanne Shaheen replaced. If we’re purging centrists while purple-state voters are purging right-wingers, who’s left?
She’s 100 percent right about Maxine Waters’s incoherence, though, which you already knew. Somebody let Olbermann in on the secret, okay?

I read your letter and thought it to be very well done.
I sent it to my congressman with a few changes made. Thanks for sharing with us, I wouldn’t have been so thoughtful and gracious if I had composed something from the emotion that I’m feeling over this Porkulus.

I wrote this to my (D)-Chicago Rep
Please vote no on the Stimulus bill. I know it’s unlikely you will vote
against it seeing how you have advocated for past ones and worked for
“improving” this one. You state you are genuinely concerned about taxpayers
not being ripped off by yet another one of these monster bills.
There is no way we’re not going to be ripped off by this. This is the
BIGGEST BILL in the History of the Country. For all that is sane and holy
you have to resist this. Nancy Pelosi and Obama want to take this country to
places it was never meant to go .. We were not supposed to be a socialist
country with a Central Govt.
Please look around you.. all of that history .of all those who died for
Limited Government and for Liberty.
You have to resist the pressure to give into this crisis. That is why “They”
forced this crisis.. to force you to increase the power there.
Please for the sake of the future of this country
AND FOR THE PROTECTION OF THE US DOLLAR
Please I beg you.. vote against this.

Doing nothing is simply irresponsible while so many Americans are suffering.

I don’t understand why you want to tinkle on the pundit on his own site and demand his termination. That is what I disagree with. It is down right rude to our host. As for the rest of your spew, go clean your room young lady and learn to behave.

Allah,
This would be a step in the right direction. Give those three hags the Tennessee Treatment — even if it hurts in the short run. The Democrat Party and the Big Tent Party brought this country to the brink of destruction.
Maybe your view is focused on the short term: the mixed fortunes of conservatives in the Republican Party are not to be blamed on conservatism.
The back-stabbing by liberal Republicans and the feckless liberalism of the Bush Dynasty are my candidates. Specter gave Bush II his thanks and kept stabbing him in the back.
The anger at the first Bush got him kicked out of office in 1992. The laundry list of the first Bush’s offenses seems minor in comparison, but his first act in office was to insult Ronald Reagan with his “kinder, gentler” crap. He gave Main Street conservatives a lot to be angry about in 4 years.
The war in the Republican Party between Country Club liberals and Main Street conservatives has gone on a long time — it was startling to read about it in Robert Novak’s memoir.
It’s time to start the process of clearing the air and make (D) and (R) stand for differences instead of an “in crowd” joke against the electorate. De-certify the Three Stooges of the Senate. Imbecility is dangerous ground, so treachery against party and nation will have to do.
Doh! I’m off-topic even when I’m on-topic. It’s a good day for beer.

It’s cr*p opinions like this that have made me read HA less and less. For a conservative blog, this place has far to many nitwits. If I want to read this kind of garbage, I can go to HuffPo.

The voice of reason…not. LOL You sound like the only nut.
AprilOrit on February 13, 2009 at 11:51 AM
The hate factor is off the chart like HuffPo, that’s for sure.
We are now being told to purge those who are Moderate thinkers or those who disagree.
Very Talibany indeed.
