I guess I should start listening to these Obama-fests with the sound on. There is a very obvious late 80′s song they can play as a ‘whip up the loonies’ tune; it was called Rock Steady by the Whispers. It’s quite catchy..and they could change the chorus line so easily..

Friends,,, if even just one of these people get a thing from Obama for crying and pleading like this,,, this is not going to go away,,, it will grow and grow until at every speech there will be thousands coming, crying and pleading for cars, kitchens and new TVs!
He has nothing to lose and everything to gain if he goes all the way and starts giving out gifts to people at these Townhalls.
Obama shows up and the lucky few will get fridges, cars, TV’s and KMart gift cards. All he has to do is pick up the phone,, call a few CEO’s and say,, give me some fridges, cars, TVs and KMart gift cards and perhaps the IRS won’t come knocking on your door this year. Then he goes out into the streets and starts throwing free bread around. Yeah,, I could see it. Obama,, bringing gifts of stolen appliances, cars and clothing to the needy at his speeches!
Maybe he could even demand malls open only to the poor at huge discounts,, say %90, for a day or two each month. Obama’s “Spend Free Holiday” at every major American Mall for the poor! No rich allowed! Complete with free transportation and free lunch at the food court! Paid by the generous forced contributions of major American corporations who “just want to give back and make up for all their past racism, discrimination and greed!”
This is just his first month. Give him time,,, he’s just getting warmed up.

This entire event seems staged, especially compared to yesterday’s dud in Elkhart, Indiana. It smells like Axelrod. Why has Obama gone back to campaign mode? (rhetorical, I know). He did win.

This even should be somewhat disturbing to most normal people. The woman’s reaction clearly indicates the height of cult behavior with the mouthing of the words “I love you” while at the same time Obama does not make an effort to control the crowd and instead seems to motivate the crowd towards adulation of himself. It is clearly and indication of the deep narcissism of Obama and perhaps indicates a pathology of sorts as others have mentioned.
The man was abandoned by both his father and his mother. In my estimation his desire to become president is to attain the family and acceptance he was denied as a youth which extends well into his narcissism which evolved from his lone upbringing. This explains his public and personal behavior. He has in effect become the leader of the narcissists in the end and as you know similar personalities are attracted to one another. Hence the attraction of Hollywood personalities to both the Obama psyche and the associated Obama-Cult.
Clearly he has also become a freak magnet.

Hoosiermama, that was my overwhelming impression when I saw the clip of him with Henrietta, with that dingbat in the background mouthing “I love you.” It was like a game show or Dr. Phil or something — “my people are going to help you out after the show.”
I knew it would be bad. I was extremely pessimistic. However, in 3 short weeks, he has exceeded ever negative expectation.

And as was noted above by a couple of commenters, a mature, adult President would not let this go on. He’d speak to staff or the staff would automatically get the Secret Service to escort someone like this out the door.

Last summer I was having interaction with someone I suspected was a narcissist and did some reading on the topic. Talk about scary, creepy stuff.
Well, I no longer have to interact with that person, but what I learned started to raise red flags in my mind about Obama.

If I read that article correctly, Hughes lost her house in 2003 (or shortly thereafter). The housing boom had only just begun in ’03, it stalled in early ’06, then crashed in ’07.
What aren’t we being told about this woman?
