The Ed Morrissey Show: Jazz Shaw, Rick Moran

Today, on the Ed Morrissey Show (3 pm ET), Today, on the Ed Morrissey Show (3 pm ET), Kevin McCullough joins us again to discuss the intersection of faith and politics. Kevin and I will talk about Slumdog Millionaire and allegations of mistreatment of its child stars; Michael Phelps and Ted Haggard, and the acceptance of responsibility for one’s actions; the proliferation of tax evaders in the Obama administration and what it means for the rule of law, and much much more! We’ll also talk about BMX Radio Now, Kevin and Stephen’s exploding success in independent talk radio, as well as Kevin’s book, The Kind of Man Every Man Should Be: Taking a Stand for True Masculinity.

Update: Kevin couldn’t make it today, so Jazz and Rick Moran helped me take live calls on the stimulus bill. We had a fun show indeed!

Now you can join the conversation in the chat room! Be sure to register at Ustream to participate in our raucous live-chat sessions. (And if the log-in prompt doesn’t come up in the chat box below, use this link instead.) Jazz Shaw of The Moderate Voice moderates the chat, and he has his Troll Gun Trivia Contest running before the show, for those who get there early — and are registered!

Regarding the Messiah’s small army of tax evadin’ appointees, I want to know where the Gordon Ramsey of the GOP is, if someone as such exists. I watch the good chef rip into some poor aspiring chef on his show, and I think, wow, if only anyone in Congress or the Senate had a fraction of the warranted indignation as Ramsey had, or had a fraction of his explosive communications skills. Can you imagine a Ramsey type on the House or Senate floor deconstructing Obama’s appointees and porkulus bill?

I saw Mike Pence on Meet the Press, and he had serviceable indignation, and Rush’s firm denouncements or the immorality of Porkulus were admirable, I still want to see more, I want some heads to roll.

Americans are STILL in a malaise. Something needs to stir us out of our slumber. Even if it’s too late to stop Porkulus.
